Food was OK, wife like the Strawberry Salad , but it seems to me the Dave’s Hamburgers simply don’t have the flavor they use to??? Service here was very SLOW for off peak timing! What a shame, it’s not Cheep or Fast now!

I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but I hope that this review is helpful. As many chain food restaurants are, fast, easy, convenient, it can be somewhat of a struggle to maintain. I don’t disagree with the food as I love a good spicy sandwich and chocolate frosty! Unfortunately, the food was burnt and a bit over salted. I want to say the staff was somewhat friendly-Though very unorganized. At one point, several employees were coughing and not covering their faces or even wearing gloves- I paid about 40 some dollars for my family to eat, and it definitely didn’t meet our expectations. It took us about 20 mins to just get our food. The place was a bit dirty, and the floor was sticky. I hope th4 management can get a bit more organized for their employees and the business being ran.

So disappointing. Constantly closing early, the lobby is closed as well all the time, drive through takes FOREVER. Today we were there at 9pm and they were already closed due to staffing issues. Pro tip : treat your staff better so they might will show up to work. Just shut that location down already.

Is it completely out of the question to get one single order right ever? Why? Why is every order botched? The ghost pepper fries are NOT ghost pepper fries. They’re fries with spicy orange grease slopped on them. They should have cheddar cheese and chopped ghost peppers. A big bacon classic should have WAY more bacon on it than (I’m not exaggerating) HALF A PIECE! I see people making excuses like “working fast food is hard” and “be nicer to them”. No. The answer is to DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. And here’s an idea; when someone says “thank you” how about replying with YOU’RE WELCOME”!?! Instead of silence, grunting or “yeah”. If you’re going to hand me an order that is as far as humanly possible from being right or a Frosty with the consistency of a cup full of cream how about at least being polite or professional about it? You have one job. Give me the order I paid for the way I ordered it. That’s it! What is wrong with you people!?!

The drive through order taker was lacking any sense of customer service. We got the distinct impression they wished for anything other than taking our order and getting our food. Glad for other options in town.

47 min wait to get two things in the drive thru. Only six cars in line. Insane this restaurant is still open. No apology or anything for the crazy wait, and honestly not even a “thanks for coming”. Literally worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Check my history of reviews… I never leave negative reviews.. this was so bad it compelled me to write the review immediately. Big yikes.. won’t be back.

Restaurant is much nicer after being remodeled, but staff is still not very friendly. The food is decent, but the service is sooo slow! They seem to only wait on 1 or 2 people at a time (both inside and in the drive through), which slows the line down considerably. It’s normal to wait 15 minutes or more in the drive through. And the Coke Freestyle machine is consistently out of at least half of the flavor options.
