I asked for a cheeseburger with no bacon got one with bacon instead. Went back to the store to ask for the sandwich again handed them the one they screwed up and they handed it right back to me after removing say bacon. Cheap unprofessional and no accommodation for people of other faiths. All this because they were being cheap I asked at drive through and inside.

They deserve zero stars from the manger on down. You will not find a worse location to get Wendy’s . They literally cannot get anything right at this location. And the amazing thing about this location is you wait a very long time in the lunch line but you still get served food that you can tell has been out for hours.

Went through the drive thru, and I ordered a salad. Went to eat salad and was only provided spoons. Thinking it was an innocent mistake, I went inside to get a fork. Asked at the counter and was told that they haven’t had fork for weeks. I asked how I was expected to eat the salad and was told to use the spoon. It is better than eating it with my hands. Went to a local competitor and relieved a fork.

I went in with my daughter and her boyfriend and ordered a pecan salad. There were 5 or 6 employees standing not doing anything. In fact we were the only people in. There were tables that had not been cleared and cleaned but the thing that got me , and this might seem trivial, was that they gave me a TEASPOON to eat my salad. I went up to the bar next to the soft drinks there were only spoons. When I went up to the manager to get a fork she said we only have spoons and had an attitude about it. My interpretation was that they didn’t have forks for at least that day. I would think that a Manager could give $20 to an employee and ask them to go up to Big Lots or Kroger’s a mile away and pick up a couple hundred forks to hold them over for a day or two or at least Tell customers before they order salads. Thank goodness I didn’t order chili and they only had knives. Unbelievable!

I tried calling and requested a Spanish speaker to which I got this answer ” um…nooo” this was followed by yelling in the background “someone talk to this guy” When a Spanish worker got on the phone, her attitude was less than stellar. I asked her about the specials to which she replied, we don’t have specials in Spanish. When asked for her name, she told me i didn’t need that information and told me the one who answered was her manager. While i appreciate the accomodations and effort made to get me a Spanish translator, the overall experience and attitude of this location is sub par, bordering on rude. The call was made around 1:45 pm on 6/17/23. Do better.

The chubby white girl with the nose and mouth rings on her lips at the checkup line wasn’t welcoming me by not saying “can I help you” or “have a good day”!!! Teach her some manners and also my Jr deluxe burger was already cold!!! Get better cooks!!!

Unfortunately, I love Wendys but they can never get my purchase correct…. I really ask for a cheeseburger with bacon, No sauce or vegetables…. I guess evey worker has a different idea of what vegetables or sauces are…. It always has at ok east one vegetable/ sauce where I have to give it to my boyfriend instead, give my sandwich and sit through the line, or just go home and not spend anymore money on a location that couldn’t understand ” meat and cheese only”…. Ppl know that bacon is a meat right????

I like this Wendy’s bc the food is always fresh but the fact they continue to give me a sausage crossaint when ordering a bacon egg and cheese on four occasions at this point is ridiculous! Somebody needs to ensure the orders are correct bc I shouldn’t have to keep leaving work to have breakfast corrected. It sucks but I won’t be returning.
