Drink dispenser was either out or tasted awful. The food was not hot or fresh. Did like the idea of the Pub Pretzel burger, but could have been put together better. Family of 5, on a Sunday, at 9pm. Not too many choices that time of day. Didn’t care for the loud rap music being played, either. I find it unprofessional, and not inductive to the image of Wendy’s.

Staff was very friendly and food tasted fresh! Also want to add that the management staff was very appreciative and proud of their staff! Overheard a member of management tell a team member who I’m guessing is new that she was proud of that employee for asking questions and wanting to learn!

Went in to order to go, as they were closing in 30 minutes. One employee was very rude and threw several fits with us & others who came in behind us. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, or needs more training in customer service.

Stopped here on our way traveling to Nashville for a quick bite. 2 $6 biggie bags, and a $5 bag and ghost pepper fries… tell me why oh why they forgot an entire order, and only put mayonnaise and a piece of lettuce on a BLT crispy chicken… when we told them they goofed, the kid said He “forgot” to put our $5 order but sure charged us for it! The miss at the window told us “because we’re so busy you need to drive around for us to fix it.”

Usually I am okay with the service and the food is usually good. They have a 2 for 6 special on the spicy chicken sandwich. So I have been getting that since the special started at least once maybe twice a week for lunch. This particular occasion I ordered it the same way. The window handed me my food I checked the bag there was only one sandwich so I went around and came back to drive through. I was told that I only ordered one sandwich and I’d have to deal with it. I said no because it’s the same price for two right now with the special. And she said well you’ll have to go park and come inside and talk to my manager and I said no I’d prefer to do it right here because it’s not my error. She said well I’m on a timer which I understand, but hey I did not make the error and be there was no one else in line. She commenced to slam the window and holler over to the manager that was at the front register. Who came over I explained what happened she said okay close the window and walked away which I assumed was getting my food. The previous girl opened the window and said you need to move forward because they’re getting the food and I need to get this next person who had pulled up behind. I just looked at her because I was not moving the way she was speaking to me. She commenced to slam the window again and start hollering. I’m out to the other girl that was standing there like in shock and said I’m sorry but I’m the customer and she’s being very rude. She came back to the window and tried to be nicer and say could you please and I said yes that’s all I needed I will be glad to move forward I understand but you need to remember that I am the customer and customer service goes a long way. She said well you’re getting a free sandwich out of it. Which is very sad when you live in a very small town. And I tried to be very courteous to everyone but I just feel like this is becoming the typical since covid. I get it she’s a teenager I have three. The hospitality either comes natural or needs to be taught which I know can be done because there’s other chicken restaurants that go above and beyond to have a blessed day.

the burger was cold and not very cooked. Fries were cold asked for fresh food. Bad management. Gonna be calling the labor board on the general manager. Obviously she is the problem. I’ve been inside while she has talked terrible to the staff. The old gm jose was a better gm than she is. Her name is toya. Wouldn’t be surprised if she removed this review.

We had to wait to be waited on, the front counter person was on the back laughing. Before we left music was turned up loud in the back. You could hear it plain out front in the dining room.
