Went here several times and they where out of lettuce and tomatoes for my Daves double very disappointed. Lets get it together literally if im ordering a sandwich im exspecting to get everything on it that supposed to come with otherwise why bother having it .Come on Wendy’s for square burgers stop cutting corners! Or at least order enough supplies to keep your customers happy will probably be going to McDonald’s instead because they apparently dont have a supply issue.

We ordered our food in the drive thru and they repeated it back perfectly. We get to the window, grab our food, and before we even had a chance to pull off(luckily), I looked in the bag and BEHOLD! THEY FORGOT PART OF OUR ORDER!!! So my husband whipped it right back in and went in to get what they forgot. Now, we live in the country a few miles away so we had to check our bags or we would have been screwed. Well..We’ll… we pull off and start heading out of town, when my husband wanted his sandwich. He ordered a Wendy’s double stack plain. PLAIN!!! He unwrapped it and it was the worse mess of toppings I had ever seen on it it. So of course they got it wrong too. Also his bacon cheddar fries wastopped with burnt bacon. I mean it was black. And I still can’t put my finger on it but my chicken sandwich tasted awful, almost like it was cooked in old grease and the pretzel bun was rubbery.

Food was good. Service has been very poor. The girl who takes orders in the drive thru needs to learn how not to be so rude. When placing my order , I get a what else after each item that is ordered. I think that it comes across very rude and disrespectful. She needs to be retrained .

The lobby not open I’m guessing lack of employees don’t know there is no sign posted anywhere stating as why loby is closed, drive thru was open ordered, went to window not greeted only about owed, no smile nothing g the guy seemed like he would rather be anywhere but there, very unhappy employee, got the meal I said thank you and nothing back in return just a closed window. I said ok went on parked opened my food and frys cold and old, I was like wow the the sandwich was not much better, I seems the guy at the window is not the only unhappy employee in there it must be everyone to send that quality of food out. Needless to say that will be my last time going to this place.

I went to this Wendy’s because we was passing through town. The door was locked so some worker was walking past and let us in. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and my husband ordered a classic burger meal with a bowl of chili. Well we go to get our drinks and their is coke spilled all over where you put lids on your drink. The ketchup was out in both pumps. We finally found a table that wasn’t as dirty as the others. I opened my chicken sandwich and the bun was huge compared to the tiny piece of chicken that was on it and to top it off there was a hard core of the lettuce on it that’s all the lettuce that was on it. The fries were kinda warm. My husband’s burger was cold all the toppings were stale and his chilli was scorched. Needless to say that is the last time I will ever eat there!!

This lobby is ALWAYS LOCKED!!!! you can’t ever get in here, I do door dash and sometimes at lunch or in the evening the line is wrapped around the building which takes like 20 mins to pick up an order. Corporate needs to fix this. There’s no reason to keep the lobby locked like that. It’s obnoxious to everybody that tries to come here
