Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. None of the orders are ever correct. If you order bacon it is going to be missing from the burger. The staff is incredibly rude when they mess up your order. I ordered $25 worth of food and only got $15 of it. When I went back inside, the cashier acted like it was my fault. They forgot the food. Then she had to walk away to control herself. The child could not have been more than 17 years old. The adults and children both need to learn manners, and how to treat people. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through at the window for my order. And it being wrong. And staff being rude. The manager was even worse. Corporate seriously needs to investigate. Why these things keep happening at this location. If the staff does not want to work at Wendy’s, why did they put an application in? They act like they’re forced to work there. If you value having a positive day, definitely do not go to this location. They will turn you off of all Wendy’s.

The last 6 out of 10 times I have been to Wendy’s … My Order is not Correct. There is at Least one Item wrong, or the Hamburger(s) is not Deluxed. The sandwiches are cold, or the meat has been recooked after its set for a while. Fries are cold and hard old … We buy for a family of 5 adults so the least we spend is 15 dollars Tonight I walk in to order for take out. No one was in front of us nor did anyone come in behind us. We waited over 15 min for our order 2 mins before we left 2 other ladies finally walked in. There was only 3 cars in drive thru. Sad thing is tonight i told the cashier how the last few times my order hasnt been right and that i wasnt complaining cause i wanted my money back or free food i just wanted this order to be right and fresh. So we thought since we waited 15 min it was going to be right and fresh and hot …well we was wrong the 2 burgers was cold and not deluxed only onion the fries was cold the chicken nuggies was reheated and hard the bacon on the fries was hard like possible break a tooth hard no cheese on the chili cheese fries. This place has gotten is horrible… when i was handed my food i had to wait on the cashiers to take the ladies order that came in Behind me and she made their pink lemonade drink took care of them ans then git our 5 frosties together.

During my two visits… I’ve through the drive through last night and today eating in…15 min drive through wait with two cars in front.. Cold food… The second visit…Dirty floor… Waited 20 min for cold for head to ask for my nuggets to not be cold when I ordered them again…13$total waisted in my opinion…

Just shut this location down already. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I keep making the asinine mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying them every couple months and it’s always an awful experience. No matter what time of the day it is or how few people are in the drive-thru, expect to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for cold food that most likely won’t even be your correct order. They supposedly open at 6:30 yet I place a mobile order at 6:35, show up at 6:40, and proceed to sit at the intercom for 20 minutes with no response before finally giving up. On my way out, I see an employee just standing at the window doing nothing. God forbid you ever come in the afternoon and there’s more than 3 cars in line. May as well put your car in park, kick back, and take a nap.

I live close to this Wendy’s and I love Wendy’s. But I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt due to its convient location to my house. But every experience I’ve had going to this location has been horrible. I just sat in their drive through for 10 minutes then proceeded to pull up to the window when my order wasn’t taken and while the window was open the employee was just ignoring that I had pulled up to place a order while wearing a manager’s uniform. There was a line around the building and no one taking orders no one saying it’ll be a moment nothing. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and I just dont understand how this location is still in buisness. New management is needed. I will just go to the west side Wendy’s for now on.
