Despite having a bad experience last time we decided to give it one more try. There were other people inside so we went inside as well. We ordered and it took no less than 15 minutes to get our food. While my daughter and I was sitting at a table waiting an employee on break asked us how we got inside. I replied “the door” he said “well I can fix that”. Other people even walked in to order after us. I ordered the single combo and when I saw this burger I was so disappointed. My finance offered to take it back but I told him it’s fine we just won’t be back. The entire time the employee on break who questioned us was asking people for a ride home from multiple people. I will never go back to this location and I do not recommend.

We just stopped by this morning for breakfast and had the best customer service. The gentleman at the window as well as the associate who brought our food out to us (with fresh and hot potatoes) we very kind and professional. It genuinely made our morning. Great customer service is not as common now days and this experience really stood out.

I ordered a five-dollar box and the nuggets were really cold but the cheeseburger was really good. I think it’s because I ordered it as a specialty item with nothing but cheese on it. The staff was really loud talking to each other about non-business related things. Another staff member was on break trying to get $40 Paid to her somehow on a card and was very loud on the telephone in the eating area and with another staff member. Then another customer came in and sat right behind me when the whole restaurant was open and played their sports over the music I was already listening to but that’s not the restaurant’s fault it was just part of the whole loud experience. I suggest you take your food to go and make sure your food is warm before you leave the window.

Was disappointed to hear they were out of baked potatoes when I visited, but ordered the $5 Biggie Bag. I was not disappointed in it. First time for a $5 BB.

The service was slow and there was some crazy women talking so loud that we could not have carried on a conversation. Homeless person on the front lawn. Just not a pleasant atmosphere.

This was not my first time at a Wendy’s, so I have good benchmark of what is standard and what is not. The sandwich that I received had a hard bottom bun (think sitting on the heating pad for too long type of hard). My request for this to be rectified was cordial. A second sandwich was delivered with a hard bottom bun. They claimed it was because the bun was toasted. Again, not my first rodeo, so this excuse didn’t fly. My daughter’s burger had a patty that looked like 1/3 of the patty had been ripped off. They claimed this was the typical shape and size of the patties. After this incident and taking more time dealing with the cashier, I noticed she had some type of rash or fungus along her fingernail and she wasn’t wearing gloves. At this point I asked for a refund which they denied. I was willing to pay for the small fry and small frosty that my kid ate (ya know, because I’m reasonable), but we consumed nothing else. AJ, the general manager, said they would not give a refund and then I asked if he knew what a chargeback from the credit card company was. He said, “that’s fine, you can do that”, which is strange because the chargeback fee will cost them way more than the refund would have been. Bathroom was closed off from use with a cone and caution-like tape. Very dirty inside. Again, all was polite and civil until they refused the reasonable request of a refund. We are in a world of increased prices, lower quality, and apathy. Save your money for a business that provides good customer service, or at least is able to provide a passable item that they specialize in.

Horrible customer service, I always feel like an inconvenience going through their slow drive-thru. Oh the parking lot could use resurfacing wow, it’s horrible.

My family stopped here when passing through on a road trip and had a horrible experience. Apparently the Wendy’s staff felt it was appropriate to have some sort of staff meeting/party/gathering out in the dining area at 2:30 on a Friday. They took up pretty much the entire dining area so there was barely anywhere for actual customers to sit, they were extremely loud and kept banging their chairs around and having loud conversations about their work schedules, a few of them even had their kids there that were running around, crying, and screaming, and for some reason they had 4th of July decor out even though it’s the end of April? Then one of the managers started screaming (and I mean literally screaming) at them that it was time to change shifts and yelling orders. It was very loud and distracting, we couldn’t enjoy our food and left as fast as possible. We will never stop here again. Yikes.

I used to work at this store many years ago and I remember how good it used it be. Went there when we were visiting family and it’s gone down hill. My burger was cold, fries were lukewarm at best, and half of their coke machine was out. I’m not sure who is running this store now, but they should be ashamed.

This place is awful. The service sucks, the food is terrible, worst fast food restaurant in Crossville. Would not recommend this to anybody. We ordered on their app and waited almost an hour before we got our food.
