I ordered fries with the spicy chicken sandwich. They argued with me and told me I would have to go through the line again. I ordered a frosty no strawberry, no vanilla. My only choice was chocolate. I took it. The small cup was was only half full. I said did you forget to fill it. I was told they didn’t have small cups so they used a medium. I don’t know how much smaller the cup could be. I certainly will never go there again.

Had my first and last Cobb Salad at Humboldt, TN Wendy’s. No receipt, cost $8.99 including tax. Salad very small and sparse ingredients, probably no more than 1 ounce of chicken. In clear plastic tray that looks like tray for 1/2 size salad. I’d been better off to go across street to WalMart and buy their prepackaged $3 salad. Very skimpy on all ingredients, tray half full.

Went to Wendy’s today, and although I didn’t get anything but a tea, I feel like recognition is needed for one employee that was working the window (second window) at drive thru. I’ve worked customer service for years, and she deserves a serious pat on the back. Not only is it Memorial Day and she is working, but she was just as friendly as she could be with taking orders and handing out food. Hate that I didn’t get a name, but I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves simply just for her excellent customer service skills, on Memorial Day.

I have tried to dine in at this restaurant several times and the employees are rude and will not serve you at the counter and force you to use the kiosk. This particular time the Kiosk was turned off so we went to the counter to order and they told us to use the kiosk. We told them that it was off so instead of taking our order he told us we would have to go through the drive thru. We left and went to sonic instead. This is terrible service and I have never seen service this poor in my life! This place needs to close if that is the best they can do. We were not the only ones they turned away so there is no telling how much money they have lost.

Never review but Wendys in Humboldt Tn is the worst no food was correct not the first time. Employees started cussing and going off the handle when asked to remake our order properly. However the drive thru attendant was the very courteous and professional. The manager would not even acknowledge us. Just asked for a refund because of all the argument from the cooks.

Definitely see why McDonald’s gets most of the business.. it was a rag tag show. No small cups so they gave me a drink looked like it belonged to someone for couple hours. No coke no Dr pepper and I ordered bacon big burger. Got a Jr burger instead. Please just go to McDonald’s. Save your self some time and money …

Update 12/4/22 The service was fair. I had one order of 3 different combos they put eachbone in a seperate bag. However, pictured below is the baconator burger that didnt have very much bacon, and the other one pictured is a bacon cheesburger with less than a half of a piece of bacon crumbled on it. The fries were just meh. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food.
