Just not what I had planned for lunch. The chicken nuggets and fries were decent but the Jr. Bacon was terrible. The cheese could have at least been melted. Staff were great though and the lobby is an extremely nice setting for fast food. The fireplace is a serious highlight.

I patron Wendy’s often in many towns . Sorry to say , but the one in Martin is just awful. Many times I go thru the drive through for breakfast. So many times the don’t have coffee and many times they get the order wrong, just like this morning. There are even times the food is just not good. I’ve waited for over a year to review Martin’s facility ,,,but had to say something today. Management really should work with staff to improve service and getting things right . I know mistakes happen, but it’s ridiculous with this particular store. Hard to believe how many times they don’t have coffee at breakfast time. I’m surprised this store is able to stay open as I’ve talked with others about the poor service here and many times food isn’t fresh or right. Wendy’s corporate prides themselves in freshness.

Placed mobile order, ordered panko fish sandwich, limited time availability item, waited to pick up order. Very long wait to even acknowledge my presence. Then found they had not even started to make my order, informed the fish sandwich was not available. Could either cancel complete order or accept substitution. Not what I wanted. Then “manager” was confrontational when I asked why it was on the menu for that location. Stated they have no control over app, which is either an out and out lie or ignorant of the fact that the menu available and pricing is set by location. I had visited Milan location which has different prices and does not offer the fish sandwich, received amazing service at that location. Very disappointing customer service and attitude at Martin location. Service was so non existent I decided to check order accuracy and found I was missing chicken nuggets I ordered. Completed Wendy’s customer survey, still no response from corporate or franchisee. Guess customer satisfaction and retention is not important to either one. I would advise avoiding this location. And that sucks because it’s a 15 mile haul for me to Martin location, next closest is Milan.

UPDATE: It’s been a week since this review and we did the same review through Wendy’s. We had asked to be contacted on the matter and of course we still haven’t heard anything from them. Things like these go to a district or regional level and to not hear anything speaks volumes about how poorly this region is handled.

Hannah at Martin was litteraly so rude to me.. twice, I originally posted a good review here because I’ve never had an experience like that at this particular Wendy’s but she practically threw my sauces in the bag and got very very smart with me, I asked if I could use my mobile QR code for Rewards, she said their scanner doesn’t work and I quote said “and Im not taking off anything from your order” and walked away even though I didn’t ask her to take anything off, ridiculous a manager can be this way. will not be back.

If you are going to charge extra for bacon, it would be a wonderful idea to actually put it on the burger. If you and your co worker comment on how clear the Diet Coke is, why would you serve it? Lastly, why should I pull up and wait 10 minutes for 2 burgers when no one is behind me. The manger with her butt on the counter while using her tablet probably could fix these minor issues if she cared.

The cashier was nice. I ordered a $5 crispy chicken BLT biggie bag. I specifically stated NO TOMATO NO LETTUCE add bourbon BBQ sauce….well I got the bourbon BBQ but that’s all I got bc they also left the cheese and bacon off. I never said “only” anything. Just NO. So apparently they don’t know the difference. I also received a value fry when it comes with a small. I didn’t realize it until I got home and I live across town and it was late about 830pm so I called…15 TIMES NO ANSWER. Mistakes happen. Deliberately not answering the phone is unprofessional. I filed a complaint with corporate. Waiting to hear back.
