Anthony was very upbeat and kind in the drive thru. He took the time and care to make sure our order was accurate. He was kind and courteous and when our potato was going to take awhile longer than anticipated, they offered a HUGE free frosty as a gesture. We really appreciated the great late night service. As a fast food manager myself, it’s refreshing to hear someone that doesn’t sound miserable on the speaker post. Thanks!

I gave 4 stars on the food because they discontinued the grilled chicken sandwich…..WHAT THE F✓€K were the CEO of Wendy’s thinking…….. But I’ve visited several Wendy’s locations as I travel a lot daily. This location is by far one of the top Wendy’s I don’t mind stopping at. The others take forever, as in take an order, fulfill their order then move on to the next person. Typically spend anywhere from 5 min if it’s only myself up to 30 min if theirs 2 or 3 cars sitting at the menu waiting to order. On a few occasions I’ve had to wait 50 min before at the Wendy’s in South Knox, Chapman hwy next to Henley St bridge, along with the Wendy’s on North Broadway, those 2 are by far the worse locations to visit, doesn’t really matter if it’s 8pm or 12am they both are horrible about wait times……

Wendy’s is typically a place I enjoy very much for a good burger. However, my most recent trip has made me rethink going back, especially to this location.

Now I love me some Wendy’s. But the past 3 times me and my wife came here to eat, our food has been kinda cold and just don’t ever be fresh. The people that work there are very sketchy looking and not professional. Needs better management if you ask me.

We ordered a 1 frosty & 5 cookies. Called the frosty a milkshake by accident. Only to be told they didn’t have milkshakes. With an attitude. Then we get to the window. It’s 88°, we do not have a/c. The Large/ but short, woman who, didn’t have her shirt tucked. So you can see her stomach hanging out. Not something I want to see. Regardless of size. But THEN, She tells us they only have 3 cookie. Ok no problem, we will take the 3 An the frosty. She takes forever to get the 3 cookies. We are sweating now. She goes to make the frosty but instead. Leans on the frosty machine an chat, giggle an cut up. Meanwhile we can see her not doing her job. We wait another 4-7 minutes before we asked for our shake an cookies. Only to AGAIN be told it’s not a milkshake. This woman appears to be the manager. She has no need to be.

One of the worst locations for drive thru times, at night especially. They make everybody sit at the speaker until they drive off, or say “helllloooo” etc. One at a time. I had two cars in front of me, and it took 20 mins, no less. I think they do the speaker thing, to fake their drive thru times to corporate. It seems like all of my bad trips at wendys, i never get a receipt to report it. On my 20 minute trip i received the wrong sandwhich, and old fries.

This has to be the SLOWEST Wendy’s I have been to. No matter what time of day or night you are there, there is always a LONNNNGGG wait. Not just that the staff is rude as well.

Why do you even open a Wendy’s when you can’t even keep employees to keep it running. Every time I come here there’s some new issue. Either the drive-thru is closed. Or the insides closed. I don’t even know how many times people drive in this little parking lot the wrong way because near crashes. Now today your lobby is closed again. Why is your lobby closed.??? Why?? there’s people in there that should be able to handle the lobby being opened and drive through. That makes absolutely no sense. This is literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life. I would never come here if there wasn’t an addiction in my house for frosties. Seriously that’s all we freaking want is frosties every time I come..

This Wendy’s is entirely not fast. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Three people ordered after us and received their oder before ours. Plenty of workers. We were being ignored. This is poor poor customer service. I will never come here again. Not friendly at all. I should have got a full refund. More people have left with their orders. Still no food yet. Totally displeased. I’m definitely calling corporate office.

After a long day of moving, we attempted to stop in for a quick bite. Little did we know that it would turn into a 30+ minute excursion. This wendys does not have a cashier, so when placing an order with cash you need to flag down an associate. Keep in mind this was not posted anywhere, you just need to *know* this information. We then waited even longer for the order to be placed, and then it promptly “disappeared” off the order list. I watched the associate walk to back and recall the order that the sandwich maker had deleted. They kept insisting that orders “time out” after 10 minutes, and we had a large order to just wait, but we were an average family of four with one sandwich combo a piece. All of this could have been avoided by just using the drive thru but it was backed up out into the busy road due to the minuscule parking lot. I suggest before implementing “new and improved” automation systems to relieve the customer service burden, you should at least provide adequate training and protocols for said systems. Employees seemed to be unable to operate the systems or understand how orders were processed.
