So I have to give this thing man props. I waited a little longer than I would have loved to get my food but it was in the middle of lunch hour. The shining star was this kid who was literally RUNNING people’s food out to their cars. He was also filling drinks and taking orders. Doing the job of multiple people. I told him he was doing a great job and I noticed how much effort he was putting forward. Great job young man. Someone with your work ethic doesn’t stay in a position like this very long. Keep your head down and stay humble and look for the next opportunity to better yourself.

Wheres my chill u decided substitute for some soggy cold Fries I already ordered fries which I cold the frosty has bubbles on top exactly that failed when I got n pure liquid melted if you guys can’t do your DoorDash get off the program this is all going with you I spent $20 since for a dried out over cooked sitting in a warmer hamburger I can’t eat n soggy cold fries and a bubbly frosty this location is disgusting anymore you don’t close for three more hours so how are you out of chili n it’s every night you guys are out of it or something it’s like the third time I’ve ordered it and not received it I don’t get a refund get it together or shut down. Should be a shame to serve somebody that nasty old food and play God and what they want when you don’t have what they ordered instead of refunding it or call someone

Can’t say anything about the food as we never got any. Waited in the drive thru 10 minutes with one car ahead if us. Decided to go inside no other customers inside at all and 4 workers. Stand there for 5 minutes before someone decides to ask what we want. My husband gives his order the girl stands there and then just walks off comes back and just stands there. Meanwhile I’m looking at how nasty the prep area is where they are putting food together. Three females with hair flying everywhere no hair nets at all. At that point I just couldn’t even think of getting food from there. Management needs to seriously check in and see what’s going on with this store. No customers inside and 2 people in the drive thru 15 minutes and no order taken and no food…ridiculous!!

The people working here are so nice and extremely helpful! The food was fresh and delicious. I love being able to get a good baked potato at a restaurant, without having to go to a sit-down restaurant or the long wait that’s involved. The group running the window were young and pleasant. Great attitudes. It’s nice to go somewhere where people seem to enjoy their jobs and are happy to be there. Will definitely be back.

I totally understand that fast food restaurants are all struggling to keep help these days. I just want to say I had a great experience tonight at the seymour, tn location. It’s not often you can get a good baked potato in a fast food Resturant but the one I got tonight was perfect! I even overheard one of the kitchen works say ” give them this potato because this one doesn’t look too good”……I’d also like to add my cheeseburger was delicious too! Everyone from the kitchen staff to the guy at the front counter were all cheerful and very friendly. Kudos to you guys! keep up the good work! thank you!

Be careful. The dining room is as slippery as it is behind the counter. That’s what happens when you use a greasy mophead. If you have nonslip soles on your shoes and time to spare, stop on in. No sense of urgency to be found. The night crew is a wild bunch who may not be that great in their roles, but it may work to your advantage. My single turned into a double. Bonus!
