Ordered a Son of a Baconator Combo meal and what I received was just a double cheeseburger with ketchup. We also asked for BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets we got 3 separate times and got sweet and sour and honey mustard instead. We were the only order at the time and only ordered 3 items so it wasn’t a huge nor difficult order. Very disappointed. We’ve given this Wendy’s a few chances and each time we’ve either had items or whole orders be wrong and were even asked to pull up the first time we ever visited this location and waited 20 minutes just for my husband to have to go in and be told they completely forgot about our order.

Today, 7/25/2023, is the first time I’ve been to this Wendy’s. I feel like it’s been open long enough that the excuse of being new should no longer apply.

90% of the time my food is cold, Not fresh (even if I ask) and hard to replace because I rarely ever get my receipt. Then when they do replace it, it’s 100% worse than the original order . Wendy’s off exit 4 and by the mall are nothing like this. Y’all need to get it together.

Our few experiences at this Wendy’s have been VERY disappointing. My nuggets are always too hard or not cooked thoroughly. Why would anyone think these are okay to put in the box? Who would eat this? Not me. On top of that, these were ordered as spicy and we got regular. Fries are too salty, bacon is not cooked, not given any extra sauces even when asked for at the window.

I came through at nearly 9pm on a Tuesday. I honestly thought they were closed because the only vehicles in the lot were employees, no one waiting in line no one in the dining room. I pulled up to the window and order the spicy chicken sandwich, I asked the young lady taking the order what all came on this sandwich which she said lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. I asked for no tomatoes or mayonnaise and asked to add pickles and mustard. I also asked for ketchup and ranch for my sons nugget meal. Once I received my order the spicy chicken sandwich was made with only mayonnaise and tomato, and zero ketchup or ranch. The feeling was the young lady must despise her job and the lack of Attention to the order says so much about this location. If it’s the only order in the store how do you still actively screw it up?!

If there was a rating for NO stars, this restaurant NEEDS that! I have been there on TWO separate occasions, last week, and today’s date: July 7, 2023 and not once, but FOUR times (in the two visits) they got the order(s) WRONG. You wait forever and it’s ALWAYS wrong!? Whomever the owners are, NEED to get responsible and KNOWLEDGE employees and PAY them well to run this restaurant. Do NOT waste your time or money!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my food and called up there after realizing an item was missing out my meal. Instead of admitting they missed it, the lady who answered the phone kept saying that they know they put that item in the bag and that they triple check their DoorDash orders but I’m telling her it’s not in my bag. And she was very rude, like I know it’s busy there but I wouldn’t waste my time calling up there if it was in my bag!! I wasn’t going to write a review but she was very rude and offered no solution on their part!! My bag was completely sealed didn’t seem tapered with so the only other answer would be they forgot it.

A truthfully don’t mean this in a disrespectful way but this place needs a lot of hands-on training as far as being accurate with their order. There was me and one other person behind me look like maybe employee cars and maybe a couple guest inside not busy at all. But the trend here is that no matter how busy or how slow they have, several times that I’ve been through there, ended up forgetting something in the bag. The person that should be working the window should be looking at that VDU screen and accurately handing out orders. But apparently taking that extra step to make sure that all items are in the bag from that person’s order is being skipped entirely I’m only writing this because this has happened more than just a handful of times and you know shame on me for not looking at my bag but at the same time that person’s job is to bag the order and hand it out if there’s something missing It can be addressed before they hand out that order. Order accuracy is all we all ask for out of a restaurant, They have it on a screen so it can be read that can be recalled. It’s more or less frustrating because it’s a consistent non-fixed issue there and management offered a replacement and that’s fine but the now factor is I’m missing half the order already back to where I need to be, rant over, but can the owner or GM start to hone in on order accuracy it’s definitely not as bad as it sounds. But speaking from experience from when I was a kid working fastfood it’s not hard to count how many items are on the screen vs. in the bag. Just frustrated, and it’s clear as day the owner doesn’t read any of the reviews as there has been no response to anyones comments.
