Mobile ordered and picked up inside. Food was hot, fresh and the server was friendly and accommodating. Several other families in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and I didn’t hear anyone complain or returning their food. I would give this location a try!

Ordered double back at or combo. 13.00. Waited 20 min. I get home. There’s zero bacon. And there are two patties the size of two Krystal Pattie’s. This has got to be a joke. They are a 1/8” think. And 1 1/2” square. Fries cold and way too much salt. My dog won’t even eat them. That’s saying a lot

Don’t waste your time with this restaurant. The customer service is despicable. They always claim that they are only accepting cash, in my opinion it’s to deter customers from ordering so that they don’t have to do their jobs. Even when there is no line, and when there are no cars before or after you they’ll try to make you pull forward to protect their drive through wait times. As soon as you pull up the system will register your order as finished and will send corporate an inaccurate wait time that they didn’t earn. If you choose to pull forward you might as well accept the fact that it will take them 30+ minutes to bring out your ice cold, sloppy and unappetizing food that may or may not have been tampered with. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Rolled up a solid 15 minutes before closing time to the drive thru on a Friday night. The staff were cleaning inside and wouldn’t respond to anyone who drove up. I even knocked on the door and they wouldn’t look up, like they knew they were being sketchy.

Why does it take 25 minutes to get a simple hamburger and french fries in the drive through at 2 o’clock in the afternoon on a Tuesday?!?!?! And then I get my food and my fries aren’t even hot. No excuse. My burger was delicious, however!

Went through drive thru at 7 PM and asked BEFORE ordering if hot fresh baked potatoes were available. Was advised they were. Ordered two and upon arriving home found both to be cold and bad inside. They had been cut in the middle so there was no way the person putting them into the plastic containers they come in could not have noticed this. Seems the food and customer service has really gone way down lately and this is not the first or second time this has happened. Just keep driving if you want fresh hot food… I certainly will!!!

This store is superb on all aspects of a fast foods restaurant. Services, freshness of all foods they offer, well stocked up supplies, welcoming dispositions of all employees, etc….

I ordered a mobile order for pickup inside. All of the lobby doors were locked in the middle of the day. I went through the drive thru and it took 16 minutes to get to the microphone and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They told me to come inside to get my order and they said they would unlock the door. I got out of line and they did not unlock the door. I walked up to the payment window and asked them to unlock it. My order was not even made yet and the worker was eating french fries with bare hands straight from the fryer and licking her fingers and then used her fingers to put a french fry inside a customer’s bag. They claim the lobby is closed in the middle of the day. Very little supervision, lousy service.

Sat in the drive through line with two cars in front of me for ten minutes and no one moved a bit. Parked and tried to go in but the door was locked. Got back in line and the first row cars finally managed to pla e their order. Pulled up to the order board and waited another 5 or 6 minutes without anyone every answering. Went to Chick Filet.

Not impressed with management or cleanliness. All the dining tables were dirty. The floors were sticky and had debris everywhere. The manager was taking care of the front and although he was friendly he did not seem to be concerned about the state of the dining area or attending to customers quickly and efficiently.
