Breakfast was really good. My mom told me to get the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. I knew nothing about how the croissants were made different from the usual croissants. I loved it. It was hot and fresh. The fries were hot and fresh as well. The lady at the window was really nice and courteous.

9 PM visit to Wendy’s went a little something like this. Ordered food and paid. While waiting for our order, the manager coughed into her hand, with no gloves and never washed her hands. The tall male who was probably around 16-18 was standing in the back by the fridge on his phone showing the front counter person whatever he was looking at, and playing with his twists. He returns to the grill, no gloves and did not wash his hands.

The food was good & hot. The service was decent. The manager was busy reprimanded an employee in the kitchen and the music was loud in the dining room. The highlight of our visit was Ms. Liz in the dining room. She is a ray of sunshine, so bright and cheerful.

Just in Phenix City alone, this restaurant and staff are the best! The energy and customer service is great! I haven’t had any bad experiences so far. Literally the other restaurants here locally need to step up! I give my kudos where deserved and they sure do deserve them. Regardless if it’s drive thru or going inside- food is fresh, service is quick and so nice, everyone smiles and speaks to you, my main #1 thing for real is how clean they are too!

Since this location has opened, I have been here Four times. Each time I was shorted Nuggets and Fries, and my order is never correct. No Pickles and No Mayonnaise, is not a hard request. The Fries are always Half-Filled and the Nuggets are always missing at least two. Furthermore, the employees are always, “off in there own world”, goofing off and purposefully not acknowledging the customer. They are never verbal or courteous, either. There is the absolute minimal interaction as possible between the Customer and the staff. Never once have I been asked about condiment choices, and my total is never given until I reach the Pay-Window. Finally, I’ve never been given my receipt, even when I’ve asked for it. I will never come back to this location.

We normally don’t do fast food, but traveling today, so we stopped at Wendy’s for a quick bite. What a great experience we had, the team was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was HOT. But the best part was the greeter they had when walked into the restaurant. She was friendly and greeted us with the sweetest smile.. at a fast food restaurant! Great job everyone and thank you for bringing back the smile to Wendy’s.

I am not quite sure what happened to this place. They used to be extremely friendly. Today, I went there, and the male taking orders at the counter was very unattentive towards the customers there. When you asked him for something, he would give you a pretty dirty look and toss what you wanted in your general direction. This was after you had to repeat what you wanted to him 3-4 times due to him having his airpod in. When I asked him for extra napkins, he tried to give me a dirty stack of napkins that were under the cookies they had on the counter. There was also another male running around the back with his underwear exposed around where the food is prepped. Black underwear with smilies on it, exposed for everyone to see. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary for a food establishment.

Ridiculous! Drive through wait for 3 medium frostys is over 10 minutes? First they tried giving me someone else’s drinks. Then they shoved my food order at me through the window. Then sent to to wait for 3 frostys. 10 minutes later….food getting cold, still waiting for 3 frosties.

I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service. I went to this location for the first time today 22 May 2023 at approximately 7:00pm. I chose to go inside since both drive thru lanes were long and barely moving. Once I got inside I was the only customer as I walked up to the counter. I stood there at least a full minute with no greeting or, “I’ll be with you in a minute ma’am.” Instead I was ignored by the whole staff. There was one young lady that looked like she was working the drive thru and another who just seemed to be standing around. Both looked right at me, but did not utter a word. I finally said, “Excuse me…could I get some help.” CRICKETS . No response. I tried getting someone’s attention again. And again nothing! MANAGEMENT check the cameras, as I have given you both the date and time of the incident. You need to fire the whole staff because all of them lack customer service abilities and simple common courtesy. I will definitely not be frequenting this location of the Wendy’s franchise ever again! I suggest to anyone reading this review: DO NOT VISIT THIS WENDY’S located at:
