After giving this location several chances, I just have to call a spade a spade. The care and service are lacking. They are extremely slow and today not only were they slow they managed to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a number 6 (Spicy chicken meal) not only did I not receive the correct sandwich whatever they gave me wasn’t fit to be consumed. I will say the fries are always good and hot.

The worker in drive-thru was nasty and said some things unprofessional….after all of that I was over charged for my food and didn’t get exactlywhat I ordered. ..I kept calling back and never got an answer…that will be my last visit on Ann Street Wendy’s

Very very poor service Friday August 25th 2023-ordered on app, waited in car line over an hour only to be told to pull forward for another possible hour, watching people get their food behind me. They locked the dining room doors WITH CUSTOMERS INSIDE!!!! I knocked on the windows and a nice white man let me in. I had to get the staff attention as they were goofing off in the kitchen. I asked where is my food? And they asked me FOR THE THIRD TIME “what was your order?” They asked me at the window, then they asked me twice while I was let inside the dining room. I couldn’t believe it!!! I said I’m going to have to report this, it’s unacceptable. I finally said I want my order CANCELED…our drinks were gone by then, THEY DIDN’T EVEN OFFER A REFILL ON THE HOUSE for this God awful service. THEN….low and behold they gave a bag of food to my husband as I was walking out WITHOUT A RECIEPT….the food was TERRIBLE!!! Ugggh MONTGOMERY ALABAMA NEEDS SEVERE HELP with their fast food services. I FELT IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS WHITE!! All the people behind me-like 4 cars got their food first and they weren’t white. I EVEN TOLD THE STAFF THIS AS WELL…yes.

This location has gone down hill. I ordered 2 number 6 combos and a number 2 combo. I got in the drive thru line at 415 and didn’t leave until 450. I got to the window and paid for my food and never received a receipt. They ball them up in your face and throw them in the trash. I got home and my order was wrong and cold! One of my spicy had cheese that I didn’t even ask for and no tomato and the lettuce was small on both sandwiches. All the fries were not done and overly salted. This location use to be my go to especially because it’s closer to work and when the food is done right it’s actually good but this is it for me.

I stopped here the other night at 11:10pm. The sign on the front window said open till midnight or later. I waited in line until 11:45pm and after a few cars pulled away I was next in line to give my order. I rolled my window down intime to hear them tell the car in front of me they were closed. I drove to the window while the last car was getting their food and told them that it wasn’t right for them to say they were closed after waiting that long. The lady in the window replied they closed early that night, this was a Friday night. I will never go back to this location and the employees should all be reprimanded for closing early.

This location is pretty darn old. Not the most accessable. That said, I just stopped in and had a great lunch. Grabbed drive thru and the fries were so good they almost didn’t make it home. Had the new Big Bacon Burger and it was ugly but good. Wasn’t expecting such a good lunch. Fast food is rolling the dice after all. Pleasantly surprised.

Food is sometimes good but they seem to always have the doors locked at lunch time an expect for you to want to go to the drive thru. Everybody doesn’t want to do that some people as of myself if we want to dine in it shouldn’t be a problem.

This was my favorite Wendy’s, however, after tonight, I will not be going back. I was in the drive-thru and attempted to order a couple of lemonade drinks, however, I was informed that they were out of all lemonade. The lady in the window said that there were only three of them in the restaurant and they didn’t have time to stop and refill them. It’s funny how it was only three of them supposedly working, when I drove up two of them were in the lobby just standing around near the condiments and talking. Therefore, it seemed as if they just didn’t want to do the job they were hired to do to serve the consumer. So in closing be careful in going to the Wendy’s on Atlanta Hwy. There’s a good possibility they won’t have something you want due to inadequate customer service.

Mad slow son…. It’s a 20mn wait no matter how many cars there… some days it’s cash only some days its card only… and you go thru all this to get the wrong order… pick the whole building up and kick it down the street

Worst experience ever in any food establishment. One of the workers THREW hot cheese fries at me threw the window and burnt me and my son then tried to come out back door and fight me (the people in the kitchen had to hold her!)The manager apologized and said she has trouble controlling her workers (then why is she managing) but wouldn’t give me any numbers to call the gm or cooperate. The worker needs to be addressed and I will be filing a police report.
