I normally never complain because i’ve worked in fast food. I know how difficult rushes can be. But this is the fourth time i’ve had issues with this Wendy’s and now it’s starting to become a health concern. I ordered a family pack with two burgers four fries and some chicken nuggets. I ordered ahead, and online so when i got there it would either be ready or close to is. I got there the drive through was wrapped around the parking lot and i went inside and the line was nearly out of the door. As i was waiting to get my food i watched the person on the fryer putting fries and nuggets in cartons with no gloves and touching all over them. Nobody was checking on the counter to even try and get the line down. When i finally got my food, it was entirely wrong. Nuggets were hard and cold. Burgers were drenched in sauce when i asked for none. Tomatoes were all over it when we asked for none. Burgers were cold after all that, so i don’t trust eating them at that point. The fries were the only good thing honestly. I don’t mean to be a Karen but i managed a fast food restraunt that was very busy all the time and we never had these issues. I tried to give a new store the benefit of the doubt but at this point i can’t.

I got food poisoning. About a month ago I visited the drive thru around 9:30pm & I did end up calling and telling the manager, but upon seeing all the reviews I have to say something. My nuggets were hard & cold. The manager confirmed the staff must not have removed them in the time they’re supposed to be, and 4 hours to the time of eating I was in the bathroom for over an hour. This location is a hazard.

I’m again sorry to disappoint folks in the Alabaster area. This fast food chain that started out strong and great for the past few months has ended up just like the Hardee’s down the road on hwy 119.

I’m glad Wendy’s is here and I hope they do well. Burger was fine. Chicken Nuggets was disappointing as mostly breading. Parking was tricky for me as I didn’t see how I should go. Nice outside dining with a nice view.

The line is always long. Every time I have attempted to come here. I don’t understand why it takes so long. 15 minutes and the line did not move what so ever. Not one person got their food. At least 15 cars in line. I just don’t understand. If there was a way to cancel my mobile order I would. It’s one thing to be short staffed, but this is ridiculous

I noticed the drive-thru was backed up so I went in. No orders were taken during the 20 minutes I waited inside. The bottleneck was in the kitchen / burger line which only had one person making sandwiches. The other employees were standing around waiting on that one overworked employee. Poorly run restaurant.

Wait times are at least 45 mins regardless if you go inside or drive-thru after 4 pm. I regret going inside because it was pandemonium. 8-10 of the employees were confused as to what the others are doing, no asking for OR offering to help. Sandwiches sat at the end of the station for so long, long enough to pile up and be placed above the order screen which were then forgotten about causing more confusion.
