This place needs zero stars. How are they still in business with these horrible reviews all with a common complaint how rude and slow the staff is serving mediocre food. Stems from the top! The manager is rude walking around chanting sacastically how much they love their job loudly in front of me and there was no one there. Been here twice in one week and horrible. First time I went to through their very slow drive through. When I got up to the window I watched one worker yell at another one how dumb they thought he was and they messed up my small order that I ordered on their App. Second time my order went through twice on the app and I caught it in time and I asked them to take the first one off and they said sorry we can’t do that and I have to take both orders now. They didn’t even start my order yet. What a crock. I am disputing the charge now so thanks for the extra food I did not want that was dried out. Good luck making any kind of money at this location. It turned me off so much that I will no longer patronize any Wendy’s especially when you call customer service and get no answer and I even emailed them and no response. I can not wait for the day for all fast food places to be automated and not have to deal with rude lazy associates.

This location used to be my go to. But the last two times I have gone through drive thru my experiences have not been good. First time I ordered baked potatoe and summer berry salad. Got home and no toppings for my baked potatoe and they gave me a chicken Caesar salad. Second time, person running drive thru was only waiting on one car at a time. So after waiting in line for 30 min I get to the speaker. Have to wait another10 min at the speaker before they even took my order. Only to have them not include the toppings for my baked potatoes again! Had to turn around go back and go in store where they acted like it was an inconvenience to have to help me.

When I walked up to the counter there was no cashier to wait on me and I waited probably about 5 minutes for a cashier to wait on me. I ordered the chicken wrap and asked for the ranch dressing, but just a little bit. It had no dressing at all and the chicken was dried out. Also there was hardly any chicken in it at all and not much of the other ingredients either. The fries were old and cold. Also I was charged an extra dollar for The value meal.

Kid at the drive through was nice but they walked around the corner with my bank card for like two minutes. I’m assuming they went to use the other computer cause service was super slow (25mins in drive through) and that computer was down, but I had to let him know you can’t just walk out of sight with someone’s card like that without letting them know what you’re doing. I let him know I don’t think he did anything, but say I did have my bank information stolen in the next few weeks, unfortunately for him, that’s the first place I’m going with the police to have them check the cameras. Hopefully they don’t do that again in the future.

Absolute worst service…EVERY TIME. I keep thinking they’re going to figure out the problem, so I try again but it’s always ridiculous. I’ve waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, over 15 minutes inside just to have someone speak to me, not counting the wait for my food. I’ve never gotten here and left in less than 20 minutes…and I don’t eat my food here. Today, when I was inside, the girl getting fries and putting orders together- wasnt wearing gloves and kept wiping her hands on her jeans after putting fries in the bags. Get it together, Oakhurst Wendy’s!

Multiple, and I mean multiple attempts at trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but they consistently deliver SLOW (obvious lack of care in speed) service. Always rude, or given attitude as if my business isn’t worth their time. In addition to order inaccuracies that shouldn’t happen as often as they do the few times I do visit. Management needs to change or you’ll continue to see a deterioration of business. It trickles down to the employees also…there is zero motivation or professionalism here.

Let me start off by saying, Jaye made my Wendys run immaculate, in my 29 years of living I’ve never had a better experience at a drive-through. I will definitely make this my main Wendy’s will drive an hour for this customer service to be honest. not only that, but the food is amazing. I would go as far as to walk in and asked to speak to a manager just to tell them how f**king please I am.

Was going to go inside to place order but found door was locked so was forced to go through drive through. Burgers were obviously premade as there was NO wait time and burgers and fries were room temperature. Had been to the same location a little over a week ago and the burgers were great.
