The price gouging was horrifying! The cost of 2 combo meals was $32!!! (It would have been $36 but I had them take off the chili from the potatoes!) I asked if the combo could come with potatoes and he said “sure” and did not say anything about an upcharge for anything until I complained that price was More than $16 more than the sign said it was!! More than double what it was 2 years ago! The”large” frosty is tiny, and there was an “upcharge” for the frosty, an “upcharge” for the lemonade” and an”upcharge” for the potatoes!! Didn’t seem like a combo to me since there was an”upcharge” for every single item!!! I could go to a really nice restaurant instead for what they charged at this fast food place!!! Shame on them!!!!!!!

My experience is an example of priority. The priority went to drive-thru and mobile orders with little regard to the inner restaurant. We arrived just after 6:30 pm, did not even get a chance to order until 6:50 pm… and after giving them the benefit of the doubt, my son and I waited patiently until 7:25 when we spoke to the staff. The manager “sounded” shocked to learn that our order was skipped and tried to make amends. He spouted out words to his staff that made me feel good. Not verbatim… he said things along the lines of, “Make these two meals right away,” and, “Make sure it’s hot!” I thought we were going to have hot food served fresh. He even upgraded our fries and offered a verbal apology for the wait. Hearing all of these words, I sat down confidently that at least the wait yielded a hot and fresh meal. Neither was true. Neither hot, nor fresh. It was a disappointment to have waited so long and received this level of service and product. I love Wendy’s, so this will not deter me from choosing them in the future. I will just avoid this specific restaurant for future meals.

No one talked when I approached the window. Had to ask several times if someone was there. They took my order, rung me up, and then after paying…they told me they’re out of that item. Why did you take my money then? There was no apology. Manager seemed careless. Said it was at least a good thing to know they were out to the workers, but didn’t say anything to me. Too many people behind the counter and no one was doing their job well. Will never return and will warn others to avoid

It was at night and there service was very slow and no one was really in the drive through so maybe they were thinking no one was going to come and eat there or maybe only one person was inside but it’s okay because our food was good and we appreciate them for being open I got the Cobb salad and I would recommend it to everyone but maybe with a different dressing than ranch

Went in with my son they were short handed …. The young man in the front was helpful the Mgr and same young man got into him taking his ear buds he choose not to … Mgr told him to leave then she gave me a larger drink cup and large fry due to the inconvenience…. it was but both parties was frustrated you could see that been a long day but never have no issues even when I come there late Night…. crew give me more bbq then usual appreciate it that

6/13/21 at 9:50pm Forgot half my order. When I opened the bag 2 cheese sauces spilled over everything. When I went inside to ask about my order I was called a liar until I walked to the front door to get the customer service number then I was told I was correct and they pulled out the original bag of food I ordered as if they were going to eat it themselves and that’s why they didn’t give me the third bag in the drive thru. NEVER EAT HERE. My chicken sandwhich was reheated and dark. Cheese sauce was cold. Customer Service extremely bad.

I live within a minutes walk of this location. No problems ordering on the weekends, but do NOT try to go there at open. If I’m running late I’ll try to her food between 630 and 7. At least 3 times I’ve shown up and no one has even arrived. They open at 630!
