Horrible!!!! I’m completely understanding when simple mistakes happen. I went inside the restaurant and the Jamaican woman with short hair took my order (I think her name is Stephanie. That’s the name on my receipt). I clearly asked for no onions and no ketchup. She eventually gives me my cup to fill my drink. I walk away to fill my drink, I check my receipt and noticed she put no ketchup and no pickles. I went back to the counter and said I asked for no onions and I want the pickles. The taller black woman making the burgers got angry and slammed her hands down and walked out of the kitchen to sit in the dining area. I walked back to the drink machine to continue filling my drink. I headed over to the counter and I notice the Jamaican worker putting my burgers in the bag but I looked behind her and noticed cut onions on the prep table. I asked her did she pick the onions out of the burgers. She said yes. I explained to her that I have a sensitivity to onions that’s why I can’t eat onions on my burgers. She proceeded to blame me for putting in the incorrect order. We spent about 2 minutes going back and forth about who said what! During this time the taller woman worker is getting loud and cursing because she’s getting even madder at me. EVEN THOUGH IT WASN’T MY FAULT!!!! The Jamaican worker eventually started to make my burgers. I will never ever ever be the understanding, kind and patient customer ever again! My kindness was taken for weakness. I will now and forever be the cold, impatient and entitled customer since being the complete opposite didn’t help. People like these type of women should not be working with food nor customer service. (BE HONEST!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR STRONG POINT!!!!!) They attempted to toy with my health. Had I been giving the burgers to children who was sensitive to onions and these women picked the onions out instead of remaking it correctly, it would’ve been a whole different story. This is how lawsuits get involved. They both need to be fired from their positions.

Just a forewarning, this Wendy’s is CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. Usually, it’s only one employee and a manager running the whole building. You might experience long wait times, or you might not get anything at all. When it’s open and running smoothly, it’s pretty good. Sadly, that’s usually the exception, not the rule.

The worst experience of any fast food restaurant. When you drive up to order the staff says “hello” into the intercom…this is their greeting…During the order exchange, you can’t understand a single world the staff are saying and they are completely rude. There is absolutely no customer service at all and they clearly do not care. The food is old and burned. Like literal cardboard and rocks. This has happened on multiple occasions. More than I think is even remotely acceptable. We will not be returning to this location.

Poor service and poor food quality. The person taking my order gave me bad attitude multiple times. We waited for 10 minutes at the last window (there were no other vehicles in front of us). They gave us the order little by little and then just left us waiting for several minutes. Eventually they came back to the window to ask what we were waiting for, only to then tell us that they had run out of 2 of the items that we had already paid for. And then someone else came to ask the same question a few minutes later. My baconator sandwich had heavy sauce near the edge and the sauce was spilling out, but then like half the burger was totally dry and void of sauce.

I guess most people who bothers to leave a comments are the ones that didn’t have a good experience… I’m guilty of doing that, but this time I’m gonna do the opposite! Moved close to this location almost a year now and MOST often than not the food here is fresh and well put together! Today I ordered at the drive thru, there was a wait but I don’t mind because, I think fast food takes at least 6 mins to cook! I got exactly what I ordered, which was 3 meals with modifications, but the best part was that when I got home and open my sandwich it was the perfect slice of tomato, which was proportional to the lettuce, bacon, patty, cheese and bun! Mission accomplished!

The owner really needs to fire the night staff. I came to the restaurant 3 times around 1030pm (open til 12am). The workers just sit out side chillen on their phones. They always say the same thing. The system is down. 3 days in a row.. well yall should just close and home then
