I will never visit this nasty location ever again I not only received a MICROWAVED POTATO which I asked for a Baked Potato and after getting to it I then discovered a ROTTEN POTATO wow lazy, disgusting employee’s and I should get the new’s cast involved, NEVER WILL I EVER VISIT AGAIN nor will I recommend this location to family or friends are you crazy would you allow your family or friends to eat this, thanks a lot Wendy’s 10th avenue

This store is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Their staff and managers don’t even know what goes in or on the food they serve. And they will argue with you that the salad doesn’t have blue cheese on it, when they are reading that it does right off the sign. They put hot pepper on my sandwich when it calls for a pickle. I’m allergic to hot pepper and had to go to the hospital. The only thing they said was, Oh sorry. Really? I pulled up to drive-thru, gave my order, they gave me a total and when I got to the window they didn’t know what I had ordered. I just drove away. Three strikes and your out. But there was more like 7 strikes at this store. The connivence of this store to me is not worth the aggravation. I will travel farther to get my food. Very disappointed.

Usually Wendy’s is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. Today something seemed a little bit off with this location. I had the apple pecan salad which is great as usual. I asked for sweet tea and I was told that they don’t serve tea at Wendy’s. I told the cashier that is odd because I get tea all the time at Wendy’s. He called the manager over who told me they don’t serve tea at this Wendy’s. She told me just to drink the tea out of the fountain. When I tried to explain to her that one of the reasons I come to Wendy’s is for the t she didn’t seem to care. I also asked if you don’t serve tea then why do you have tea container sitting on the counter. She just looked at me and shruged her shoulders. She gave me my money back for the drink which is fine. She never removed the tea containers so I gave the impression that they had tea. The restaurant was not exactly the cleanest either it had this weird smell to it. Almost like somebody dumped something on the floor nobody ever cleaned it up. The cashier was a nice guy he was very attentive and helpful. At the time of my visit there was two patrons in the restaurant which I thought was odd considering it was lunch time. As I mentioned earlier the app will become salad was great as usual. My only complaint is the fact that I couldn’t get the drink that I wanted that they sell according to the menu.

I ordered here before taking my niece to school, and we ordered two $5 biggie bags. Everything was fine at first glance, but the sandwiches were not. We asked for jr bacon cheeseburgers and instead received chicken sandwiches. By the time we realized it, it was too late, we had already left. I called the phone number listed on Google 3 times, and there was no answer. I was passing by again 15 min later, and after giving them one of the chicken sandwiches back, I got one jr bacon cheeseburger.

Waited exactly 5 minutes while being the next person in line. I got off the line and went through the drive thru. Got everything done in less than 2 minutes. Returned inside because I really needed to eat inside. Freeplay soda machine barely had any flavors available. They explained that the manager doesn’t want to service the machine because a lot of people get in and steal soda.
