Arralla attended me at the window on this location with the nastiest attitude all I wanted was a cup of water with $30 order, when I asked her for her name to address her properly she proceeded to ignore me completely giving me her back. When I proceed to ask her coworker the fat lady in the picture she told me she will not give me her name ( very rude) my order was messed up I clearly said no pickles and was like I didn’t. Avoid this location if your looking for a good customer experience!

I ordered a medium fry but they gave me a small. Make sure to check because I didn’t. Other than that it was good food. Very beautiful atmosphere with the palm trees.

We ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets. One had 7 and the other had 6! The French fries were so greasy and disgusting they couldn’t be eaten. I was actually there yesterday as well and it was awful. 2 for 2…. I’m done

Worst Wendy’s experience of my life. Terrible management. I ordered sausage, egg, cheese biscuits with potatoes fries. The biscuit was horrible!!! Not fresh super stale I couldn’t even take a bite. The fries were sitting out for hrs seemed like and super salty. I asked to speak with manager and he was the manager who served me that order!!! He was talking on the phone the entire time while taking my order, with his apple earbuds in his ear. I asked for a refund and he didn’t even apologize for my order. Also made me give him back the drink. This ruined my morning!! Just terrible !!!

I am extremely surprise to be writing this review, but this needs to be said. I worked at Wendy’s for over 2 years, and I have never had this type of experience. The manager taking my order had such a monotone voice and did not recognize when I got to the menu board to welcome me and ask for a minute. He just said, “Can I take your order?” He didn’t hear me when I clearly said my order and then forgot to tell me the total even though he had already finished the order because the menu screen changed. I said, “Thank you,” and he then said, “Please drive around.” I proceed to get to the 1st window, and the window is open with no one there. The manager shows up (this is where I find out that the manager took my order) and then slowly takes my payment. No wonder the bell is ringing with the orders being over time. He also didn’t ask if I had the app for points and just remained as his monotone self. I pulled up to the 2nd window, and the gentleman who helped me was so pleasant and helpful. That is why my review is at a 3 for service. The gentleman at the 2nd window saved that for sure. Then, to make matters worse, my burger was undercooked, and my drink did not taste right like the mix was off. I also did not get a receipt, even though the manager said that I would get one at the 2nd window. All in all, I was not happy with my visit, and now I have no lunch and will have to wait several hours until I can go make dinner. At least, I know the food I am making will be delicious.

I have dine in a lot of times in these specific one and some of those times the soda is flat and/or no ice. Done take out as well and the customer service sucks. used to use the drive throu and the orders used to be incomplete. The cashiers are slow and look like they gets replace with another youngster that all it does is stand around and look at people instead of taking orders (is like she is waiting to be told to take the orders) the staff need more training as well). These place is a mess. Corporate needs to do something about it, can’t eat in a place that I don’t trust.

Poor service. The woman at the cash register who was a “manager” received my order with the worst attitude. This kind of person should not be serving customers. Also, the tables, soda machines, etc. were extremely dirty. Very bad experience!

I am here ordering food for my office (5 orders)and forgot to ask for no Ice on the drinks. I said I was sorry, but he said they did it already and didn’t want to remove the ice. I politely ask for the manager and guess what?: he was the manager!!!! Oopsss very Poor service.

I ordered the Cobb salad combo with baked potato. It was plenty of food. I ordered ahead with the Wendy’s app and used a $2 off coupon from the app. The restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.
