This wendy’s location is average at best. It’s good food but sometimes the service can be a little slow. But other than that this place is great and the food is really good majority of the time. The area is good and you feel safe eating here. The place is very clean and the workers are nice just a little slow unfortunately.

The first Person could not hear/understand my order. I ordered a Dave’s double with no onion, and it had onions. I did not upside my meals, yet they charged me for larger than my order. I chose baked potatoes vice fries and only received one sour creme for two potatoes. For some reason, I had 6 fries in bottom of the bag, but no fries in my order.

Young Spanish Girl doing drive thru was extremely rude and lacked patience of any kind. Didn’t listen to our order and give us what we ordered as well as had a staring problem and verbally said “oh my gosh” in rude tone because she didn’t want to take our order which was very simple and small. As well as didn’t give a receipt so I’m not sure if I was charged for what I didn’t receive. I work in the food industry as well and know it’s not fun but if you have no communication skills and are that miserable maybe you should look for a remote job.

I was beginning to think I was getting punked. We ordered a $6 biggie bag with double stack with bacon, fries nuggets and a drink we ordered an additional 6 piece nugget and a strawberry frosty. The big marque out front says Strawberry Frosty, a big picture on the windows Strawberry Frosty , sign at the register picture of this beautiful strawberry frosty. When I ordered this the girl says we don’t have strawberry frosty only chocolate no explanation. LoL. So when we got the tray it was missing the 6 piece so I asked for it the girl taking the order and another employee are looking up at the screen all confused and going back and forth to the register finally they give me the nuggets. I then realized they forgot to give me my drink cup so I said I needed my cup and the guy says you didn’t order a drink didn’t she give you a receipt? I said no I didn’t get a receipt but the biggie bag comes with a drink by now the customers behind me are telling him yes it comes with a drink but he went over and printed the receipt and handed it to me. I looked and pointed out the drink on the receipt. He said we gave that to you, I said where is it then? Why don’t I have one? He said I thought you asked for something else. And gave me a cup. The floors were sticky and every table was dirty and sticky. I had to wipe off my own table even though it was not busy. So when I open my sandwich it’s a spicy chicken sandwich not the bacon cheeseburger I ordered lol. I ate it anyways I could not go back up again to complain, except I did have to go back up because the ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup.

Showed up 40 minutes before closing. All the employees standing around inside. Three cars in line to order. Employees did nothing. Obviously they don’t want to work. I’m sure management will wonder why they had no sales.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered 3 meals, all of them had moldy buns.. not a little mold, a LOT. I sent a complaint asking for a refund to customer service, haven’t heard back in a month. I then called customer service and they couldn’t help me..??? They couldn’t even tell me what happened. So finally called the manager and now I have to go to the location and try to find my receipt to show them for the refund. Long, annoying process, disgusting and unsafe food practices. Never eating there again.

This location looks so new, clean and quiet. There are no other customers so our order came very fast. We ordered some baked potatoes and drinks. Disappointedly the potatoes are warm at best. The staff reheat them in microwave so it’s ok but the shredded was melted all over the container and that’s not how I like it. I like the new digital soda machine. Such a wide selection of regular and diet soda. Really good.

I ordered the bacon egg and Swiss croissant and I got American cheese. I went back to get it fixed and they gave me a sandwich with sausage both sandwiches. The eggs were very undercooked and gross. I am so annoyed because breakfast had just ended and I couldn’t get anything else fixed.

If you’re going to come eat here make sure you come here before 10:00. They always close early by at least a couple of hours they shut off all the lights. If you’re going to come here early they’re probably a three star. It’s not really worth your time you’re better off going to Winn-Dixie and making food because they never give you fresh food even if they pull you up I would avoid this Wendy’s at all costs. You’re better off driving 20 miles to get to a Chick-fil-A you’ll probably get your food faster going there. They literally will pull you up and then give you fries that were from yesterday with the oil that was from last month
