Nice, new Wendy’s with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Let me tell you about my experience with Nina the manager. You cannot use your app reward at the ordering station in the restaurant. I go and ask how to use my app and Nina reluctantly comes over and moves the order to the register. I have my free double stack reward loaded and she scans and says it doesn’t work. I show her on the app that it is loaded and ready, she refuses to use it or figure it out. I pick up my order and we had accidentally ordered spicy nuggets instead of regular (my 8 year old cannot eat spicy nuggets). I take them to the counter and she says, “You ordered them that way.” Flips the order screen around and shows me. She refuses to exchange the nuggets in a good customer service gesture. We begin eating…no fork for the baked potato. Back to the counter since there are no forks out. Begin eating again. My Double Stack was wrong. Back to the counter. I tell them the burger was supposed to be mustard only. She brings up her screen ready to argue and guess what, they were wrong. Nina reluctantly has another burger made. Through all of this she has the worst attitude and displayed zero customer service. Avoid this Wendy’s. It’s just not worth it. It’s time Wendy’s corporate takes a close look at this location.

I went through drive thru this morning, 8/3/23 at 9:15, opting for Wendy’s instead of McDonald’s. My mistake. They took my order, I paid and then they asked me to park and wait. Being in fast-food myself years ago. I have no problem parking and waiting a few minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I go in to find that they have no biscuits ready for my order, nor any other biscuit order. I had to go because I was going to be late to an appointment. I got my money back and ran through the McDonald’s next door. I will not be making that mistake again.

This Wendy’s is the worst I have ever been to, they were out of three of the four things I wanted. What made it worst, the guy taking my order was impatient, it’s not my fault you don’t have what I wanted. I ended up getting the Apple Pecan salad, there were more Craisins than pecans, in addition the chicken was dry and hard.

Terrible customer service they were calling eachother the N word through the loud drive through speaker. and didn’t have half of the food I wanted to order which was fries and sour cream baked potato and when I pulled up to window they were rude and disrespectful brand new location looks wonderful but the staff and customer service is worst I have ever seen of all fast food. This Wendy’s is located in a nice area but this is the worst Wendys in town! Sad because it is new! Why bother being there or even being open? Slow service and the food is not good. Burgers have no flavor/seasoning . Fries are never hot. When you order you never get a receipt to see what they are charging and sometimes not even told what the amount is until they take your card. Every time I decide let me give them one more chance, the experience and food is worse.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. They consistently put out incorrect orders, often are slow, and on a good day you may get a smile from someone. I just got back home from ordering a Baconator combo, and they gave me a tiny patty with one strip of bacon and a bit of cheese. fries were warm at best.. for $12??

Dang … I like the food but this store really struggles with customer service and efficiency, especially where breakfast is concerned. Thee times I’ve gone there for breakfast. First time, they ran out of biscuits. Second time, they took 15 minutes to fill my order. Third time I went through the drive through at 9:30 and they were out of chicken. I hope they can figure this out. The restaurant is close to my house and I’d love to go there more!

Horrible they can’t get orders right every time we have to wait when there is absolutely no one else there. The owner needs to get a better manager. I used to work at sonic and this would never flbe okay with them. I will never go back!
