This location has always had problems, I’ve never heard good things about it from anyone I know. The lot and the dining room are filthy and there is a mildew smell constantly lingering. There has been multiple occasions where the staff tells the customers that orders are not being taken for whatever reason. If no orders are being taken and no food is being made, what is the staff doing while on the clock? This is not the first time this Wendy’s location has left a bad taste in the mouths of their customers… literally. Myself and other people have received food that was either over or under cooked, such as raw chicken nugget and messily assembled food. This location is always “out” of something and offers no substitution. Additionally, the staff is generally rude and preoccupied with matters that don’t concern the store. I recently called corporate and was informed that an investigation is being opened about this location. Don’t eat here!!!!

Usually I don’t write reviews for places with bad reps or other reviews stating so. But this place has always sucked and today was the line for me. I waited in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes before having to go inside because no one was answering. The door to get in was locked and a few employees were just hanging outside. I asked who’s on the window and they said “I don’t know that’s not my job.” It took 20 minutes for me to get my soggy burger and fries once I did get inside. No one in there was working. Someone was sleeping in the back. Everyone I talked to either disregarded me or gave me attitude. Everything was unclean and messy as well. I just wouldn’t come here, it’s a total waste of time and money!

Ordered (2)4 for 4 Jr. Cheeseburger with spicy nuggets, (1)6ct spicy nuggets, (1) new Strawberry frosty and a #1single with cheese meal. I was told to come in because they was in the middle of a shift change. Came in but they continued to take orders in the drive thru after having me come in! They waited til I said “hello” to acknowledge my presence after standing there for 3 mins then said sorry how can I help you, the system crashed while taking my order and was told there were no frostys in the store of any flavor (THE ONLY REASON I CAME), I had to suggest they take my order then ring it up in Drive threw after waiting 5 mins for the register to come back up! After another 20 mins I asked what was taking soo long, the inside was empty and it was like they were only serving the drive thru. After noticing the GM and DM in the lobby witnessing this mess I grew highly angry because they could SEE and HEAR their team falling apart on getting 1 order out the door!!! Who does that? Why let a customer suffer with a 30 min wait time when they could have easily ask the crew what was the hold up! Terrible staff and terrible management. I got home (because you’d think after waiting 30 mins to get your order) and saw that my order wasn’t even right! This is by far Worst Wendy’s in Florida I’ve ever been to.

Drive thru said they weren’t taking orders, but we had placed an order for pickup. Went inside to find the one group of employees smoking and the others in an argument. The food did get made and was correct.

The woman taking our order in the morning refused to fix our order, insisted we didn’t tell her the correct size and told us she doesn’t make changes at the window. Service is always terrible here if and when they decide to take your order.

Rude, disrespectful management. Facilities does not follow proper procedures for online orders. Store is dirty and unsanitary. Staff seen not wearing gloves or protective hairnets. Staff is unprofessional and speak vulgar language to and around customers.

Ordered online through mobile ordering and as we pull up, a worker is outside smoking a blunt. Then, as we get to the drive thru spread at 4:30pm she says they’re closed and can’t help us. This Wendy’s location is a joke.

Waited a few minutes before someone walked up no one in store or drive through. Amoni had the worst customer service. Asked if my chicken could have added cheese and no cheese was added but charged and when asked to add it I was looked at like I was crazy. Food was cold but waited 13 minutes.
