Wendy’s is fairly good. This location has a few issues like drink machines that never work and tables not being wiped down. The staff are friendly enough but being nice and doing a job are two different things.

I arrived at the drive thru waited no one spoke up so I said hello, no reply. I waited a couple of minutes said hello again, still no response, waited another couple of minutes said hello no response so I drive up to window. The lady said she was talking to someone else, (for 5 minutes?) I said ok can I just order from here, her reply was no you have to go back around to the speaker. I asked if she was joking. She replied no. The car that was behind me drove off from the speaker I assume she wasn’t replying to them either. I drove around to see there were now 4 cars in line at speaker so I parked and went inside. When I ordered they rung up a different burger than I ordered didn’t realize until later)and wouldn’t give me the receipt until order was fulfilled. I ordered a 3.89 burger and small frosty, the balance was over 10.00. When handed the receipt I asked for the drive thru persons name, who had also came over to help the cashier figure out how to enter something. So she had put my order in. The cashier told me that is my manager I can’t. I said I understand, he didn’t want to be fired. No one had name tags on and they all seemed scared of this woman. Called Wendy’s corporate and reported it. They made a case. Hopefully she will be gone the next time I go. Or I won’t be at that Wendy’s again.

2nd time I’ve come through here and they don’t come on the drive thru box to mention to their customers that their grill is down AGAIN and so no one can order food. But that’s just ridiculous. The potatoes are not cooked on the grill so it wouldn’t have been needed. If that was all I wanted but they wouldn’t know because they aren’t interacting with customers AT ALL.

Was 10:27 am..when me and another crew member asked for a Dave’s double..and we was refused service because lady said they was still on the breakfast menu..sense when does that matter at Wendy’s..so I asked what time does lunch start and the lady said 10:35..are you kidding me and laughed about at..pure laziness and pour customer service ..I won’t be back at this location. And will tell the other oil feild workers in the area as well..went to down the road to Hardee’s and had my burger and treated good ..

I had not eaten at Wendy’s for nearly 20 years for whatever reason, but on Sunday 27th, 2023, I decided I would get a burger at Wendy’s, at the Thomaston, GA store. You know what, the burgers, fries, and chili were just as my taste buds remembered. I ordered the Dave’s triple, large fries, and small chili. The service was reasonably fast, and the food was great. Just as I remembered those Wendy’s burgers. Juicy and full of flavor. I gave a 5 star rating because the food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant were great all around as far as me and my taste buds are concerned. I really should have included a picture because Dave’s triple burger came to me looking exactly as it does in Wendy’s advertisement. It was oh sooooooo good to eat also.

Let’s say the cook did an amazing job but the lady at Drive thru was very rude and unprofessional I almost lost it on her but I had my kids and it was late tip if you don’t like your job give it to someone that does nobody wants to spend their hard earned money at a restaurant where staff is disrespectful
