Hello! I just visited Wendy’s store number 00000296. I checked my bag and I was missing a 10 piece nugget. TASHAUNA swears she placed it in my bag and refused time and time again to replace my nuggets. Food that I had gotten for my children that I had to drive off without. Food that I paid for. Was so rude and nasty about it. I have never experienced such. I’m not going to lie about 1 10 piece nugget. Every time you go to this location it’s something. Last straw for me today

DON’T EAT HERE! I ordered 2 strawberry frosties, some chicken nuggets, and a burger. We were told the frosty machine was mixing, which should take about 5 minutes, and that we need to pull up. After waiting for 20 MINUTES, we walked inside to check on our food, and came to find out the frosty machine was actually defrosting which will actually take 45 minutes to 2 hours. There was a whole line of people waiting while the employees scrambled to figure out, “Why is this bag here? Did you have the double bacon cheeseburger?” It took them 12 minutes to get me a refund. I counted. Never go to this Wendy’s location!

I have been to this location SEVERAL times, but today I encountered one of THE rudest people in the drive-through this morning @9:35AM on 6/30/23. She kept cutting me off while I was ordering as if she was in a rush and her tone was completely inappropriate and rude. She was clearly having an entire conversation with someone (either via headset or earpiece). She didn’t even hand us our food. It was a young lady who came behind her and handed it to us and she was pleasant.

Waited more than 15min for food. Regular coke was out. Ketchup pump put Ketchup all over my shirt and pants they knew it was broken and didnt put sign up till after. . No apology for anything. Tried to get refund for food they acted like it was a a bother. Walked out without food and no refund. Will not be back and will contact corporate. Went back and spoke with Angel and he did give me my money back.

Iwent through the drive thru, ordered 2 strawberry frosties. After paying they told us the machine was mixing and would take 5 minutes. They asked us to pull up in the drive thru line and they’d bring them to us when ready. After sitting in the car for 10-15 minutes, we went it to ask what the problem was. We were told that the frostie machine actually needed to be reset and would take up to an hour. Extremely chaotic inside with a line of about 5 people wanting for their orders and staff not knowing whose food was whose. We had to wait again for them to refund our order. I imagine I would still be sitting in my car in the drive thru line if we hadn’t gone in to ask. We won’t be back.

This place has the worse service in any Wendy’s I have been to. The staff are not kind and they seem to care more about the drama going on at work, rather than doing there job. I have 10 nuggets and a large fry and I get one BBQ sauce because they are limited. It is a fast food chain in the heart of Marietta, nothing should be limited. They need to shake up the staffing all the way up to the manager. It is ridiculous.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and it was still incorrect. The guy at the window literally did nothing but stand there the entire time. I had to ask for my drinks and tell him 3 times what they were. Then he didn’t know which drink was which.

I found a rolling paper in salad! Almost ate it! And we got all the wrong sauce, no straws, no napkins no forks. And got the drinks wrong 3 times. Person at the window had an attitude the whole time as well.
