I personally preferred the Bacon Pub Fries (left) over the Baconator Fries. Both were hot and good, but just liked the pub cheese taste better. Glad I opted for the taste test for dinner, now I’m going to probably have a heart attack.

First off if you only allow drive thru say that …walked inside with someone else and tried to use the tablet setup it didn’t work. Walked up to register to order everyone there made eye contact through the corner of their eyes and walked by saying nothing …. Like children doing something bad. One guy walked by 3 times restocking cups but yet no one could tell me they weren’t going to take our order after 5 min I said hello do you want me to go through drive through and a timid young lady asked someone at the window and they nodded at her and didn’t even render a response to us. So all that just so I can now get into a line 5 cars deep that had 2 cars prior. Beef tastes like it’s been left burning it’s dry and look at these nuggets… idk if it’s because it’s Friday or what but usually when I come the nuggets are fresh…with all the idle employees I saw doing nothing kind of strange for everything to be burnt or dry…

Can’t seem to get the order right. Unfortunate as I already wait over an hour for doordash. Tonight, I ordered a chocolate frosty, triple bourbon bacon, a strawberry lemonade, and 6 piece spicy nuggets. What I got? 5 regular nuggets, double bourbon bacon, regular lemonade, and a vanilla frosty. No straw, utensils, or sauces like I paid for. Ridiculous. Oh and I want my lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes on my burger like my receipt states please, don’t even mind that the Asiago club didn’t have tomatoes or lettuce like it’s supposed to. This crew is doing whatever.

I’m not sure if they’re incredibly short-staffed, but at 10:30 am on a Thursday morning, it took me 20 minutes to get a coffee at the drive through. I couldn’t leave. I wanted to all right, but I couldn’t. When I did get to the window, I didn’t hear a single word from the staff. Not a hello, how are you, sorry for the delay, nada. And zero sense of urgency to go with that. I swear I have seen sloths move faster. Anyway, I blessed their hearts, and I’ll remember not to come back.

I ordered one 4 for 4 meal. How the girl charge me more than the $4.00 meal. I get to the drive through and the manager correct the problem. It never reverse to my chime card. How many people has gotten charged just because they not PAYING attention to verbal communication. Training is very important because if not WENDY’S will be losing money for lack of a skill that should be COMMON SENSE

Ok, first of all, the drive thru was closed, so we had to go in. Can you put a sign out for future reference. It is usually the other way around. I don’t know what the situation was, but they were not nice in there. Everbody had a attitude, including the manager. The manager was moving fast, but the rest of the crew was slow as snails . I was so glad to get out of there. Even my son noticed and he doesn’t let much bother him. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays.

I use to love going to Wendy’s. The service is horrible! The managers/ shift lead need to be retrained! They use vocabulary like, I know my floor better be clean before you leave, my food is not right, my trash needs to be taken out.!All in front of customers this is how they talk to the employees. They never have frosty or chili … or just don’t want to clean the machine or make the chili and the lines are always a long wait. I visit as a customer and I visit as a Dasher! It’s a horrible place!! I beg the corporate office to come in undercover and see for yourself how the store is being run. Please find new employees.

Line @ the drive thru was kind of long, but the guy working the window acknowledged & asked me to hold shortly. When we got to the window he was cheerful & thanked us again for our patience. The strawberry frosty was delish but the spicy nuggets were dry.

Seen an older lady leaving with a bunch of sugar. I ordered a number 2 add bacon and I get there’s a lot to do in thr morning but it doesn’t take nearly 15 mins to simply build a sammich. Can’t get anyone to answer my call for a refund. You guys nearly made me late for work cause you just wanna talk all morning and not do your job that your paid to do. I want my refund and my wasted time waiting on you.

Drive thru is never open. Have to always go inside to order. Floor by soda fountain is always sticky and dirty. Went there today and saw 3 employees sitting outside doing nothing. Soda fountain is always out of soda. Employees are unprofessional. Need all new employees.
