This place is terrible!!!!! I ordered a spicy ranch Asiago chicken sandwich It was not fresh and it looked terrible so I took it back only to get another sandwich that look just as bad and I never got my spicy chicken… I feel like if I’m paying 15 bucks for a sandwich it should be fresh,hot and what I ordered..

Where’s my strawberry frosty??? Got chocolate instead. Wasn’t melted at least. Delivery was fast and there order app was Great and easy to use. Got free frosty with order of fries. Hamburger leaves one asking “where’s the beef”? Just not what I remember.

This got to be the worst store in Florence or the land. Staff is rude, gathering around like they don’t have work to do. They are always changing shift acting as if they can’t serve you until 20 mins later. They look at customers with an attitude and act like they doing you a favor. Recently went, don’t have any salads but then when you order something else they are not taking any orders. What!!! I’ve have a bad experience several times with this store hoping it would get better but NOT!!! Where is the manger? . They need to get rid of the manager and the staff train staff properly or close the place down. Pitiful store. I’m calling DHEC on this place.

The girl who was serving at the drive-thru just opened the window and stuck her arm out with all my bags in one hand and my drink in the other. Didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t confirm my order. Nothing! I had to ask her about my order. She said, “Yes!” and closed the window. I have to say that that was the worst service I’ve ever received. And since when do you allow your workers to wear nose rings and no mask, no hair net. Meanwhile, as you approach the restaurant, you see a sign that reads, “Now hiring smiling faces.” Show me one.

The girl at drive thru was very hauty, attitude, with me as a senior citizen. I asked if I could order a senior drink. On our list of places to do business, wendys was listed. She snapped me up like I was much less, since she was looking down at me. Wow. So rude. No training in working with the public. Your company does not need our business apparently. Disabled people, regardless of age, veterans, we are a military family. Dont need 2 do business with Wendys anymore. Thats not a problem. We can certainly make other arrangements. Quality of food has gone diwn hill. The quality of employees being hired has a lot 2 be desired. How much training do they havr? Obviously not enough.

We waited for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the counter to take our order. Cashier was not friendly and seemed aggravate to have to take our order. The fries were old and not hot. Our burgers were pretty good, although one had a soggy bun.

BIG disappointed. The staff messed my order up – after confirming it with me. They charged me for something and didn’t give it to me, but kept trying to tell me I didn’t pay for it. They kept twisting my words when I was trying to explain the situation to them. I ordered AND PAID FOR five (5) meals, got seven (7) drinks (?????) and four (4) sandwiches…they kept telling me I would have to pay for “more food” and that they didn’t give me “____” because I “changed my order” – again, it was confirmed before I drove up to pay. They even looked at my receipt, and I pointed out to them what I paid for, and what I got, and they still didn’t comprehend it. I’m not expecting perfection, but this location is a joke. I have even heard a staff member say (at a different time, but same location) that she “didn’t want to take anymore orders” so she was “going to start telling people the system was down”.

So after sitting in the drive thru for a total of 52 mins, includes waiting to order and then being pulled up to wait on the food, I recieved this burnt sandwich. It is literally so hard that had I not had strong teeth, it would have broken a tooth. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who didnt seem to care but she was nice, and offered me to come back up there and get another sandwich. I don’t want another sandwich, I dont ever want anything from that location again. I just wanted to share so no one else risks losing teeth over the incompetence of the employees at the Wendy’s on W Evan’s Street in Florence, SC.
