10am. Breakfast sandwiches sobbing with mayo on top and bottom of buns. Chicken burnt. Lady before me got half the cup of coffee and the other half creamer. She brought it back and they poured some out and refilled it with more coffee. She still could. Ot taste the coffee. Staff joking and mocking each other openly. Cashier doesn’t care about job. We could not eat the sandwiches. So we tossed them and bought jerky from the gas station. I know this job sucks. But, do the simple job well and then have all the good times you want. But pay attention to the customers. Look at all your low reviews. This is a money making machine. Don’t screw it up. Luckily there are enough tourists driving by to cover you. You just lost a local. Look at my review history. I never post negative reviews. You earned it.

Went into Wendy’s yesterday afternoon, Nia I believe was the cashier . Great customer service ,always looks excited to do her .Serves the food with a smile . Team members do a fantastic job backing her up . Could speed up the process a little more handing orders out. Lunch time a REAL lunch rush for the establishments but they definitely do there BEST !

This location needs lots of help from the store management to frontline staff. I personally witnessed an employee tell a manager he wasn’t going to work the register even though there was a pending line of people. I’ve been to this location maybe 10 or so times and every time I go, I promise not to go back. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. The normal scene is employees moving slower than a sloth, and an untidy restaurant. Corporate please look into this store and make changes so I don’t have to travel so far to the next location.

12:59am no customers, didn’t get acknowledged, food took forever and they didn’t seems too bothered to work. Every table dirty…. look at your cameras, hire folks that want to work. These guys look like they came from the morgue.. slow motion. It would probably take longer to get a refund. Next time I’m taking a video and posting!!! Just got my food after 20 mins.. and she threw it on the counter. Adios

Wish I could give 0 stars.. asked for a Caesar salad they said “we don’t have any salads right now.” I said okay, “I want a bacon and cheese baked potato.” She said “we don’t have any baked potatoes right now.” Thinking maybe I should ask what they DO have, I didn’t.. I just ordered some chicken nuggets. The nuggets were cold and hard as a rock. Absolute waste of time and money.

Drive thru is always closed, food is barely acceptable at the best of times, and downright stale at the worst.Fries are old reheated ones. Please fix this, wasn’t like this a couple of years ago.

S.O.S. Sauce On the Side
Well sometimes you think I’ll give Wendy’s a try again. One more time. So you go and drive the 20 minutes there, and you are met by a cashier who who has excellent customer service, so you begin to become excited. Thinking this is going to be good this time. So you place your order and wait. They are out of lids for the frosty. They are out of the cheese sauce for the baconator fries. So things are beginning to look a little worse. Then you get your food, faster then you thought it would be. You ask if the Jr. Hamburgers only have pickles as requested for your child. You are met with “if that’s what it says then that’s what it is”. You ask politely again and state” it was ordered that way”. Again “it should be if the ticket says pickle only”. So you begrudgingly head home with your meal. Arrive home to find that every burger and cheeseburger is wrong. Now, kicking yourself for not checking while you were there, but just wanting to head home. You think maybe it’s a staffing issue, but this Wendy’s had more staff then I’ve ever seen. So maybe they just don’t care anymore. You try to call the store but after 5 or more times of calling and the phone just ringing until it gets a busy tone. You give up and revert to writing a review. Thank you Wendy’s for leaving me and my family without a proper meal that we paid for again. I think I will take my business to Culver’s or chick fil a from now on. I’m just done with you. No standards anymore. No quality assurance or accuracy policies anymore. Just Staff with attitudes and I don’t care mentalities.

Trashiest Wendy’s location.. they not even a Wendy’s! They using its name tho. They app deals arent associated. The owner of this location is Slack. They operate when they want to, turn the grills on when they want to. How am I here for lunch break mind we only get (30 min) but they don’t have any food cooked yet… just don’t go here skip this exit if you can Summerville 5 miles up
