I have never been to a slower fast food restaurant in my life. 35 min for 4 cars in line. Had to repeat the order 3 times. Absolutely painful. I truly have never seen people move slower in my life. Sloths are faster.

They totally messed up my order.. they don’t care at all.. the sandwich was prepared wrong.. I didn’t want Mayo in my sandwich and wanted ketchup on the side but instead they gave a fried chicken sandwich with only ketchup on it.. no utensils provided and no napkins either.. such a weird experience

terrible customer service. When our order was being taken through the drive through we were rushed and asked “anything else?” Over and over. We got to the window didn’t receive the sauces we asked for. A man came to the window and asked if we were missing something after we sat for a minute checking the bags. We told him we were missing baconator fries and the pretzel pub burger and nuggets as we only received 7 out of what is suppose to be a 10 count. We sat for another 5 minutes with no one coming back to the window with our order. Another woman came to the window and asked us again if we were missing something. We told her again what we were missing. She gave us a funny look and continued to make us show her our bags because she didn’t believe we were missing food. We had a large order and were rushed while ordering it all. We never received a receipt either to prove all we had ordered. I work in food service and I would never treat my customers this way. The staff were horrible.

After a long shift I wanted to get a quick bite to eat before heading home. I searched google and saw that this location is open until 2 a.m. I decided to make the detour. When I arrive there at 1:10 a.m. (July 28th 2023) the lights were still on, drive thru menu was lit up, speaker and screen were on and their clearly employees still inside. I tried to order but no one would respond even though they knew I was there waiting to order food. They knew I was there because someone was there to pressure wash the store (which by the way he was blocking the path to exit the drive thru with his car) and that person saw me waiting. The pressure washer approached the drive thru window, an employee opens it and they start talking while pointing and looking at my car. At this point I figure that the pressure washer would move his vehicle so could exit after ordering….. I was wrong. Instead he disappeared aaaannnnd the employees of Wendy’s ignored as I tried to get them to answer the drive thru speaker. At this point I realized they made the decision to close 50 minutes before the 2a.m. Closing time. I’m clearly frustrated but to top it off I had to back all the way out of the drive thru (which is fairly long and dark at 1a.m.) because the pressure washer decided to block the exit with his vehicle!

The food was cold and the taste was not similar as other Wendy’s I have tried. We went there thinking it will be good because of their location but turn out to be the worst Wendy’s.

Went through the drive thru to get some food. There was a lady working that could obviously be seen and she just sat there. I was waiting behind a car that was getting frustrated and proceeded to drive away after several minutes not being helped. I pulled up to the speaker sat there for a couple minutes also proceeded to the window to see if I could get her attention. Pulling up to the window I could see her make eye contact with me. I stopped at the window and the lady was leaning over the counter obviously ignoring me. I tried to get her attention a few times with no response I proceeded to pull off. I’ve never had this happen to me before but it was very aggravating and I have worked in the fast food industry and know this should not be happening.

Grilled chicken salad, chicken was hard as a rock and extremely old. Tastes as bad as it looks. So I paid $9 for a bowl of lettuce. How disappointing. Nobody answers the phone when I tried to call them about it. I’ll never come back again
