This review is for the drive-through as I don’t know about how service inside is. Terrible. Insane that the manager runs the takes your order and runs the window, and only takes one order at a time. When the person in front of you gets their order, he will take yours. Waiting an average of 10 minutes once you finally even get to the speaker. It’s only to make your window time stay where it should. Making it seem like you’re doing your job. Instead, you prefer to leave your line all the way to the road because you need to run out back and smoke in between orders. You know we can see you it’s literally right beside the speaker. It would be better to put a sign saying short staff, please be patient as we all understand no one wants jobs anymore, but good grief, could you take more than one order at a time? I’m sure your cook has a big enough grill to cook more than one order. If you were doing it all, I would understand, but you stand there and watch the two in the back while your drive through line stays steadily to the road. Would only recommend going in to order as it’s probably alot quicker.

The 1st time I treat my 96 yr old mom to a Wendy’s burger & they get it wrong. I ordered a single with no cheese and they gave her a “plain” burger with nothing on it. She was so disappointed but didn’t tell me until the next morning. She did enjoy the flavor of the meat. Not much to do about it now. Will check order next time for sure before taking it home. Buyer beware. My order was fine except for the fries as they were wilted, greasy and when I poured them onto my plate they kept the shape of the box they came out of.

Horrible experience! I did not hear the man at the order window say anything or “to wait”. Got a weird vibe when I pulled up at the window to pay and got scolded that “I told you to wait”(??). Then I paid for my order and then proceeded to pull up behind a stopped car ahead of me – that I figured was awaiting their order, as well. Then a rude woman comes to bring my food and accused me of drinking (I never drink-ever) because “why are you parked here waiting for your order?” I figured that was where you were supposed to wait ♀️. Then when I told her that I don’t drink, she said that she was going to get my tag number and said “I don’t believe you”. Worst experience that I ever had in any venue – ever. I have never had such a rude and bad experience in any store or restaurant…..ever. Upset me so much that I could hardly eat my food when I got home…….safely, I might add. Would not eat there again if I were starving. And, sadly, my name is Wendy

Just had a Dave’s Double, so disappointed! Certainly not HOT nor fresh! This is the same experience I had a month ago. I had hoped the Manager would have already addressed this DISGUSTING Dried out TERDD of a “burger”. No more, going to Canton from now on. Theirs are perfect every time. Dave and Wendy would be ashamed!

I’m not one to complain; however, I want this review to be a warning for anyone who decides to go through the drive thru- CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE EVEN LEAVING THE WINDOW.

Ordered a large fry. Got a small. Ordered no pickles. No onions no tomatoes. Got all of it. Went through the drive through, the worker was rude from the point of taking my money, rolled her eyes, shoved the drinks at me and when I asked if the drink was my coke, while being polite and calling her ma’am, she said rudely “this IS a coke?!”- when trying to hand me a third drink I didn’t order she rolled her eyes and shut the window. We tried to call the store but it goes straight to a voicemail, you can’t leave one, and then it hangs up.

This location is pathetic. Employees are super rude. 45 minute drive thru wait times. Sign says short staffed, but 15 employees standing at window with only one actually doing anything. Keeps thier lobby locked just because they do not wanna work. That came from the managers very own mouth, heard by many customers. Been to many different Wendy’s but this one is by far the worst. When you call to speak with a manager, the employees pretend to be the manager. When you ask to speak to another one they promote themselves to dm. Also refuse to give you the number for home office. If you like any amount of decent service, don’t stop here.
