Thank you MRS JESSICA for the lovely voice over the speaker. There was a very long line and she stayed calm and took everyone’s order with ease. The thanked us and told us to have a nice day. Which should be a mandatory statement whenever a customer is leaving your establishment.

This location is straight trash. If you value your health, safety and sanity stay away from this place. I haven’t been here to eat in over 6 months, went back to give them an other chance and it’s drive through only, employees outside smoking cigarettes and nodding out, and I can promise it wasn’t from being tired from being a hard worker. Pretty sure the entire work staff were all high on meth, screaming and cussing eachother out is their form of communicating and telling coworkers their orders. The owner of this place should be ashamed to keep the doors open until the work staff is replaced from the ground up. But I guess saving a buck is worth loosing your business. I will never eat at another wendys establishment anywhere, ever, because of my experiences at this location.

This location has had serious issues since they opened. The food is eh, and you have to wait forever for your food. Today I ordered something SUPER simple: a Cobb salad with 2 vinegrette dressings instead of the ranch and a lemonade. What did I get? A Cobb salad, but with 1 packet of ranch dressing and a lemonade with no straw. Not a big deal since I was coming home to eat and had dressing and could drink with the lid off the cup, but had I been traveling, this would not have worked out well. Nor was I offered a receipt. So, had something been really wrong, I would not have even been able to confirm it with said receipt. This wasn’t the first time that’s happened, either.

The manager should open his eyes up. While I was there I noticed two of the employees, male and female went outside to smoke and was kissing and hugging and it appeared that the male was high. They came back in and played spread out on one of the benches for 10 mins and then they just got up and went straight back behind the counter to start cooking without washing hands. They clothes were very nasty and it looked like they had been wearing them for a month. All I ask is that the manager should be aware of what’s going on with his employees. No good sanitary for the customers.

Walked in to a nice clean Wendy’s. We were the only people in the DR. Person at drive thru said they were not taking orders at the front. Then a Wendy’s shirted person walks in, on the phone and says the same thing. No apologize or we’ll take you order on the other register, nothing. Not like they were busy. I saw more people on the phone than in line for business.

Multiple times have gone here and did not get correct order. Several items missing from order in drive thru. Diet coke when coke was ordered. They are always out of something whether it be soda or meat or ice just to name a few. This location is not up to what I imagine the Wendy’s standard to be. They need help.

At 1:15 pm 6 cars equals 1/2 an hour in line to order. No regular coke but flavored cokes? The frosty machine not set up yet. And the burger was cold to the point the tomato on it warmer than the burger. But everyone is very nice.

The woman at st front counter said they was out of the soda we wanted but the man in the back said they just needed to replace the syrup for the machine. I’m not sure if she just didn’t feel like changing it out or what but that was my assumption. Other than that it was fine.

Went to this location on July 27, 2023 and the place was shut down. Drove up to the order kiosk and a voice said their system was down. I can’t believe the solution for this location was to shut down. What did restaurants do before computers? This location has had multiple problems over and over again. Don’t know if the franchise owner wants this location to be open fully or not.

Wednesday 2 Aug 2023 1p.m. Walked in to this location to shouting amongst multipe employees, to include the kitchen staff. One employee was yelling to “call the police” as he walked out. Yelling continued, I assume one of those employees had to be the manager. Stood there in astonishment watching this unfold. A three generational family (all females: grandmother, mother, two daughters) walked in and witnessed the employee hostility. About this time I realized I’m not getting lunch and walked out; I also advised the family it was not the best environment for them. They walked out with me and thanked me profusely to their cars. If the owner is not aware of what transpired that afternoon, he/she should. Not good for business.
