I have never seen such lack of professionalism.. I get it, it’s fast food. But me and my 2 yr old waited inside about 30 minutes for our food. Employees were cursing so loud in front of children, you could here it in the seating area. Employees kept walking away from the food line upset and cursing. Too much playing around, on their phones, and chit chatting. We WILL Not be going back… And that is usually our GOTO stop for food on the way to the coast.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. For some backstory, I usually give a lot of liberty to fast food; it was my first job, and I trained people as well. That being said, the girl at the front counter had no people skills; she took a very long time to get change for her drawer, which she left open, and I kept having to repeat the details of my order to her, such as size and flavor. All I ordered was a large vanilla frosty-chino and two spicy chicken sandwiches with nothing on them; just bread and chicken. Which, she also put in wrong because they had lettuce and mayo. She didn’t even give me a receipt, nor was she wearing a name tag.

Most ignorant rude employees EVER!!! I went here a couple years ago and was hit on by the guy hanging out drive thru window (employee) made me feel completely uncomfortable. Decided to give it a try again since my kids wanted Wendy’s on our way back home leaving the outer banks. NEVER. AGAIN. I could never imagine hating my job and life so much that I take it out on customers who have absolutely nothing to do with their misery. They even mocked my child who was looking at them wondering why they were acting like ignorant miserable people for no reason. Mad at me for simply ordering three meals. Lord knows I prayed over this food because there was some negative energy on it. I’ll never understand people who are miserable working with the public yet they continue to do it. Major weirdos.

We had a long wait inside. Someone called from the back and said something like “We’ll be with you in a while” which was fine. However, after a wait of several minutes when the staff person showed up, she didn’t apologize for the wait. We placed an order from the displayed breakfast menu board. Without saying a word, she turned and spent a minute changing the board from breakfast to daily. She returned to take our order without saying a word. I asked “I assume you’re not taking breakfast orders?” since she didn’t say anything to us. So my complaint is her lack of communication or polite manners. She barely thanked us before turning away. Thank you.

The food is exactly what you would expect. But the staff seemed to be ganging up against the only white staff member. When the manager was leaving she asked the girl if she was working the next day, and the other staff were watching while she did all of the work in our order. I don’t know the back story, but I know what appeared to be happening here. For all I know this girl could have spent the entire rest of the day doing nothing, but this visit was disappointing to say the least.

The drive thru has definitely improved since my visit over a year ago, my burger was hot, fries not greasy..and if any complaint it was the cost seemed a bit high for what I got, and the wait with only 2 cars I’m front of me was a bit longer than normal, but I’d definitely go again..its hard to find a good burger these days..so keep it up. I’d recommend visitors or locals go by for a tasty meal..

I went to Wendy’s in Plymouth NC and ordered a frostichino and a lemonade. Paid and pulled up to pickup window to have THREE different VERY RUDE women open the window and glare at me without saying a word. I politely said what I was waiting on to the first who then closed the window and walked away. 2 nd lady did THE SAME THING. The 3rd then spoke the first words “it’s being made” 15 MINUTES LATER I was handed a black coffee so I again stated my order and she said that’s what this is. I explained to her what it was (same drink that’s on their menu) when she said oh the one with frosty in it. I said yes and she said she’d used coffee flavoring into the coffee. Still NOT what I wanted and then the THREE of them started yelling and stating that I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WANTED. soooooo what was the outcome, being handed that WRONG COFFEE with a blop of frosty plopped on top of it! RUDEST BUNCH OF WOMEN IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
