The register is right in front of the door, so it makes for a weird out the door back up and the restaurant is small. There is outdoor seating. The food and staff were perfect, though. Staff ran like a very well-oiled machine.

This is hands down the worst run Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, and probably is the worst run restaurant Ive ever seen period. Stopped in for breakfast and went to the counter to order, but was pointed to a kiosk. The kiosk was showing on the screen that it wasn’t open. I asked the lady at the counter if they were open, she nodded and pointed again to the kiosk. After trying to explain again that it wasn’t working and getting another blank look, I realized that nobody working here can even speak English..Finally someone comes from the back and motions us to the counter to order, and asks us what we want, this is when we realized that there is not a single menu board anywhere in the restaurant. When we asked about menus, we were pointed back to the kiosk for a 3rd time, which of course was still not operational. At that point we gave up and went to Sonic. I’ve never seen such a ridiculous setup in a fast food restaurant. No idea what they’re doing here, but they definitely aren’t trying to sell any food.

This review is about the many many roaches that are crawling on the outside of the building. The poor worker had to close the window to keep it from coming in the building. If it isn’t already in the building. I can’t even eat here. Disgusting that the employees even have to work those conditions. I took video as well.

Terrible set up where customer touches screen to order. Several senior citizens stopped in only to find this was the only way to order.There is no way to customize your order to add or leave off items. My husband put his order in thinking the next screen would allow customizing. It didn’t so I went to counter where cooks are preparing food and asked for help. A lady came to ring us up. She said she would remove the order my husband originally made and she would take our orders herself. That helped, but I just saw where my husband’s order was charged along with the order were gave the lady. I also noticed that the store is not very clean. Wendys used to be much better…… Don’t stop at this one.

3 strikes and your out WENDY’S. The first 2 times my order was messed up I didn’t leave a review but now it’s time. DO NOT eat at thisWendy’s, i ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich NO TOMATO, 10 piece spicy nugget and a junior bacon, I went inside because I was on my motorcycle, they bagged my food up after a 10 minute wait, “just me and 1 other customer insie” I rode home, opened the bag and what do you know? They got me again,,, They shorted me 2 nuggets, my spicy chicken had tomato on it but no mayonnaise. Bone dry, and my junior bacon never made it on the bag. Do Better Wendy’s. You suck!.

I came through for a late dinner and ordered a Dave’s double combo, a plain cheeseburger and fries for my dogs. I didn’t notice til I got home that my dog’s fries were missing and my burger had a weird salty taste that made me violently sick within the hour.

Five stars, all having purpose. 3 for the services rendered (in this case food), 1 for the facilities (is it welcoming), and 1 for the service itself (the people). This Wendy’s specifically loses 1 star because my food was not made well. The salad we ordered was subpar with very little green lettuce, and the container was less than half full. This Wendy’s loses another star because upon walking into the facility, it wasn’t welcoming. I’m sure that’s because they didn’t expect guests into the dining area, but there should still be at least an expected standard. The last star this Wendy’s loses, and the biggest reason I’m writing this review, is because the manager was less than pleasant.
