Went in for lunch and the drink machine was disgusting. Told a worker and she just said “I know” and filled out drinks on the back. No one came out to clean it and they just let people get their drinks from it. I tried to tell as many costumers as I could before I left. Hopefully no one got sick.

all of the workers here are always very sweet and helpful when i come in to order food! i work right by here and usually stop in for lunch, and i’m always grateful for how friendly everyone is here. although, i was told by one of the workers that they don’t get breaks to eat? they definitely all deserve a break to eat and rest during their shift!

I did a mobile order for my food and when I got to the restaurant the gentleman that came to the speaker named Mike was rude and had an attitude. Once I had gotten my order, despite it being correct in the app, was still wrong. This has happened multiple times at this location.

This place is awful. I went on Friday around 7:45 and there were maybe 7 or 8 cars in front of me. Big mistake getting in that drive thru line because once youre in, you are stuck. By the time I went through the line and got my food it had been almost 45 minutes. I peered into the store to see what could be going on that would possibly make it take so long. Was there like 1 person doing everything!? No, there were 4 workers on shift, kind of milling around slowly completing tasks at their leisure, smiling and joking around. Completely oblivious and totally apathetic to the fact that they’ve got people waiting in their fast food line for 45 minutes at a time. In other words, they aren’t slammed or anything and its not some ‘staffing crunch’ This Wendy’s is just slow because the workers are slow and DGAF. I think they probably are always locking the doors and forcing everyone through the drive through so they have to do less work. Less cleaning at the end of the night, less orders to fill because no door dashers can get in, etc. Just straight up laziness.

Took almost 20 minutes to go through the drive through- the employees were amazing and were doing their best but this was an understaffing issue. They even had the dining room closed because they didn’t have enough to run the cash registers

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve had the misfortune of visiting. A year ago, it was great. Fully staffed, great customer service, and quick turnaround. Lately, it’s been terrible. Don’t bother using the mobile app to order food. Their doors are usually locked and you can only go through the drive-thru, which takes forever.

I would like to formally apologize for interrupting the drive-through team member’s evening to order my cold food and definitely sweet, unsweet tea for $20. Next time I’ll be sure to schedule an appointment, ask for my hot food to be at least moderately warm, and my unsweet tea to be completely sans-sweet. But for sure, let’s bump minimum wage to $85/hour And believe me, my expectations were low. It’s Wendy’s, not a steakhouse. But bruh… this was straight trash. Like there is a good restaurant > fast food > Waffle House > dog food > this Wendy’s food I wouldn’t feed this rubbish to my dog.

DO BETTER. Would give zero stars if I could. As someone stated THREE months ago, they are still randomly locking the doors and forcing people through the drive-thru. If it is lack of staff, I could completely understand that. However, they need to be considerate and at least post a note on the door. They also need to turn off in-store pickup on the app.
