This Wendy’s has it going on. I know this sounds silly, but seeing smiling faces, and receiving friendly service goes a loooong way. The food is consistently hot and correct, and the restaurant is very clean. Great job staff who worked today 3/31 around 1:30!!!

I was so happy with my service today as a General Manager myself. I believe people that do a amazing job should be recognized so many people complained and don’t give good words when they have great service I came in today and was greated by Jahmeel he was waiting on someone else and said I will be right with you. Costumer service has went down hill the last couple years but this man did a amazing job treating all customers and getting orders right so polite to everyone. I called the store to tell the manager she said sorry about that ma’am. There was nothing to be sorry about so I hung up on here and that is why I am here. I don’t know how someone that can’t understand English can be a manager. Come on that is crazy she didn’t even know what I was saying. Thank you Jahmeel for great service.

If you haven’t had the breakfast at Wendy’s, you need to try it. I had the sausage, egg, and swiss croissant and it was marvelous. The potato wedges are thin and crispy with great seasoning. My new breakfast place won’t you join me

Sadly I have to agree with the negative reviews. We went by tonight around 8:20pm (apparently they close at 8:30) and the drive-thru had no customers in line. We tried to give our order to a guy who did not seem to know what he was doing, since when I asked him to repeat the order, a lady’s voice came on the overcom. I asked for my fries to be crispy and they said it will be an extra 6 minutes, which we said was fine. They asked us to pull up and wait for the order to be brought out. At 8:30 on the dot they a young man brings out our food in a scrunched up bag. The fries were cold and limp and the chicken sandwhich was smushed. I tried to go in and have the order collected but the door was locked. Two of the employees just look at me and walkked away. Doubt I’ll ever go back; should have stopped at the Wendy’s near Trader Joes.

I ordered two bacon chicken sandwiches through the drive thru and specifically said, Bacon and Cheese only on one and Bacon Cheese and Onion straws only on the other. When I checked them they had Bacon Jam on them. I returned into the store to get them replaced and the “manager” Emily informed me since I did not say NO Bacon Jam I had to pay for two additional sandwiches and then proceeded to tell me that bacon and bacon jam are the same things. The lack of customer service and professionalism was unacceptable. I then proceeded to take my sandwiches that were not the way I ordered them and toss them into the garbage. I am a business owner and I would be livid if that was my store and my customers were being treated like that. Do better people!!!
