A Wendy’s is a Wendy’s no matter how you look at it. The inside is pretty fancy with a fire place and great seating. Clean floors and surprisingly a clean bathroom. The rest of the experience is the average fast food place experience. Staff was as nice as possible and a noticeable over helpfulness. My G pay wasn’t working so the counter person got a manager to help with it. A bit of a language barrier issue later and we got it working. So that was good of them. Although the place was slow and I was the only one in there so I can’t say if this type of service is the same with a busy day. Food came out fast ( again nobody there but me and staff) so it was fresh. They still have the Rick and Morty promo drink in the soda machine if you’re still wanting that fruply land punch. Overall a good experience. Thank you to the one staff member who held the door for me in the bathroom too.

I recently visited Wendy’s and must admit I was very disappointed. The food was pretty bland and did not have much flavor. The service was slow and unorganized. The overall experience was not very satisfying. I give Wendy’s 3/10 stars.

This is probably the first time I’ve ever left a review immediately after leaving an establishment. The latina lady that works the drive thru in the mornings asked me to pull forward after I paid to wait on my food. I checked my mirrors to look behind me and literally see nobody; I proceeded to tell her how logically it makes no sense for me to pull forward if there’s no one behind waiting. She got extremely upset with me and went and complained one of her co-workers. She practically threw my food at me and told me to have a good day in the rudest tone never. Very unprofessional; a customer shouldn’t be treated that way because they told you they’re not going to do something that doesn’t make sense. I may call up there just to speak with a manager that’s how frustrated and angry I am at her. This Wendy’s location really needs to shape up and not hire employees that quickly get mad at customers for the dumbest reasons.

Daphne got our order wrong omitting some items (chilli) and the baconator fries were not prepared properly the cheese was unmelted. We took it back and the bacon was not even cut up. We also cleaned our own table with a nearby spray and no paper towel in the means restroom.

First they mess up my order. Then they remake it and they tell me they’re out of tomatoes. A common ingredient that’s used on everything. During lunch time not late at night. Acceptable it happens sometimes rarely. Then the chicken I get is raw! Unacceptable.. I better not get sick from it.
