Food almost made me puke! First time I came through the drive thur the food was extremely cold and old… returned it just to have the same food refried. It’s not hard to tell when your food is dropped back in the grease. At this point, it’s no point of a return… to the trash goes my money smh… never again!

Horrible experience. Fries undercooked, apples bad, and the meat on the burgers was old. I took first order back ( that was wrong might i add) and they just replaced the fries and only one employee even acknowledged the error). I do regret not just asking for a refund.

I had no problem ordering and there wasn’t a line at the time I went for breakfast. I was told one price at the window and then returned less change than expected. When I inquired about why, she said that it automatically charges a medium price which didn’t make sense to me. I asked for the receipt and she could not retrieve one. The lemonade was very watered down.

Manager this morning doesn’t want to take ownership of the drink being made wrong. Didn’t seem to concerned so it’s ok I won’t go back. The biscuit was not fresh and the chicken tasted like it was made yesterday and warmed up. MLK Greensboro, NC. The other managers are better than this one.

We were traveling from Charlotte stopped at this restaurant they gave us the wrong order and it was old and cold we waited 22 minutes for our order to get cold food to the point where there was so little ice in our drinks it had melted by the time we received our food and so did the frosties we got on the freeway continuing on our journey started separating food through everyone in the car and notice we have the wrong order and the food was cold. I called to let them know they told us to find the exit on our way out of town and come back to them and they will replace it. We are traveling and don’t have 20 more minutes to wait on another order so I said I would just want my money back and she told me no and then she hung up on me if I go back to that restaurant it’s going to be a problem. This food is too expensive for them to get the order wrong when no one was in the restaurant and take 20 minutes three combos. It was messy and poor quality and it cost me $40 now they won’t answer the phone after they hung up whoever the manager is on shift on July 26th 2023 at 6:00 p.m. should be fired and the whole staff I want my damn money back.

I used to go here 2 or 3 times a week for breakfast. I’d do the same thing order on the app and wait 5 min theb pull to the speaker. Every time I get to the speaker I have to still pull up and wait another 5 to 10 min. One time I even had to call the store to get them to answer me. They can’t keep a staff for anything. One particular time I used reward points to get a free sandwich and paid for a meal. I get to the window and the GM leans out the window and starts yelling at me I haven’t paid so he is only giving me the sandwich. I said what are you talking bout I paid on the app. Another car came so he said pull up call whoever you want to call was just very hateful even tho I had said nothing at this point except what are you talking about. So I pull up and after 5 kin he comes out waving a receipt in my face saying you still haven’t paid. Is aid I can’t even put the order thru without paying what are you talking about? I paid already. He just turned around and stormed inside. I then got the email from my cc showing the charge went thru so I went inside and showed it to him and only then did he give me my food without an apology or anything. When he went to hand it to me i asked if they had put the extra maple butter and he asked the cook and he said oh man I forgot which they forget every time. So he took the bag back handed it to the cook and then just walked away in the back. I went home called corp stayed on hold 52 minutes til I got to a real person and then asked for the district manager to call me back. That was 2.5 months ago. I’ve called back several times and each time they try to put me thru to her and she says she is busy and will call me back and never does. So it’s ok for the gm to scream at customers and be so rude I guess. I will never stop at this location again as long as he is still there.
