We like the salads, burgers and baked potatoes here, usually. This store was very dirty. My burger was GROSSLY overcooked and dried out. It measured appx 2″x2″. It looked like it had been sitting out all day. I asked to have it remade, and the next one was equally as bad. I didn’t have my phone, so I couldn’t take photos, unfortunately. The fries were cold, overcooked, and hard. The franchisee should really be more hands-on. It was embarrassing.

Got a mobile order through the drive thru. They asked me to park, that it would be a minute. Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot, watching other cars go into and out of the drive thru. Finally went it- the frosty machine was broken and they said NOTHING about the wait time- or even if I still wanted the frosty. They had made all my food then stood around waiting. Food is now ice cold for something they could have said and I would have gone without.

In drive thru ordered #7 was asked if I wanted single, double or triple. Went with double. Was asked if I wanted anything else so I said yes a large fry. Total was $14.60. Paid went to drive off..only 1 fry in bag. Lady comes out and asks if missing something so i tell her yes a fry. And another lady yells she didn’t pay for extra fry. Of course no one gave a receipt so I plug my order into my Wendy’s app and we’ll guess what it comes up to $14.60. Lady comes back out and asks what I’m waiting for and I’m like my other fries. She walks away then comes back with another lady who says I’m the manager and I know for a fact I put fries in that bag…um yea I hope so my combo comes with fries but what about the extra order and I show her on my app that what I order matches what I paid so I don’t understand why she’s saying I did not pay for the other fry. Eventually got my daughters fries but dang why is it so hard to get an order right? And then your going to argue with me about it being wrong.

I was originally a little confused and upset as to why the inside was not open and it was still early in the day. I got in the drive thru line and stayed. When it was my time to order, I received a pleasant welcome. Next, the representative apologized for any inconvenience and for items not available. I completely understood. She stated that she was short staff and that’s the reason why the door was locked. I told her that I would love to work with her. Fast forward to the food (hot and delicious), a drink carrier was given before I could ask for one, and plenty condiments were given. The General Manager, Keisha or Kiesha sp. was her name. She told me how to apply. I definitely will be. KUDOS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER, for her commitment to deliver excellence. That WOW experience!! I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. These are the things that companies lack but the GM and her staff delivered on. It is because of the outstanding customer service that I will return to this location! Thank you!!!

Paid for a large fry $2.49, what I received were cold dry fries and to top it off , the container wasn’t even half full. Almost as if they dumped a stale-small fry into a large container. I would go ask for my money back if not for the fact that the service is so slow (seriously, how long does it take to make a plain sandwich, since obviously the wait was clearly not for fresh fries. I will never visit again.

The service was awful. Their first stayement was we ain’t taking no cards just cash only with attitude. We asked for baked potato with butter and sour cream and they said we wanted a loaded potato. We asked for a 2nd butter and sour cream potato and they really got confused. We asked for fruit which is on their menu. We ain’t got no fruit. Ok do you have a side salad. No. How about we get the pecan without chicken and bleu cheese and two baked potatoes? I asked was there a diffetence in price getting salad without chicken she said no with attitude. The total is $18 which is crazy!We get to window and they say they only had taco salad! If we wanted the salad not the meat and you are telling me I have to pay full price and now you don’t have the one I want.

I was super understanding about the fact that they were out of literally almost everything and adjusted my order, but the fact that my burger was wrong is every upsetting. If you’re going to be lazy and take some things off of a pre-made burger, you could at least take off the onions that I’m allergic to which could have sent me to the hospital and it would have been nice if I had gotten a receipt so I could have filled out the survey….
