I went there for lunch and I ordered a jr bacon, biggie bag with a water. on the screen they put something down that wasn’t my order, and they read it to me it wasn’t what I ordered. So I told them I wanted a biggie bag not a double stack and the lady said don’t get smart with me she was rude and disrespectful. So I left mid drive thru didn’t pay just left. Customers don’t deserve be treated like that.

I don’t know what’s happened to the fast-food industry here lately, but it’s not the same as it used to be. I understand the hustle & bustle but the is no hustle anymore. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers, i don’t check the bag because…. I mean, how do you screw up cheeseburgers? They were cold, the cheese didn’t even melt & they were hardly wrapped. This issue starts from the top. I don’t mean the manager on duty at the time. I mean from HQ. You give them more money & you charge more for the food (I get it, you have to pay more) yet the employees don’t care. From the top down! Get it together folks. Do your job or get out!

Went through the drive through did 2 orders and the lady was very cool about it. The fries weren’t hot and normally I’d deal with it but I know Wendy’s guarantees the fries hot so I went back through and the lady’s demeanor never changed. I called the restaurant to ask about closing times, to see if I can pick up food ,and I get some rude response from someone picking up the phone. Answered the phone cussing at me and calling me horrible names. And I try to talk to him and he is calling me a prank caller and cussing at me. I have no clue what this guys problem was maybe he had a bad day but I didn’t call “Wendy’s” for some guy to cuss me out when I was trying to figure something out. He definitely shouldn’t be working here and I will forsure stop going here #arbyontop

I came through the drive-through around 11:15 and was greeted quickly. There was only one other car in the drive-through, so the line went quickly. My food was fresh and hot and made as I ordered it. Thanks for the great service!

This Wendy’s has switched over to self order kiosk only for inside orders. It takes longer to place your order. The employees turned away a customer who wanted to pay cash and told him he had to use the drive thru. Anyways, the food was good.

The Hillcrest branch in Chesapeake VA left me a bit disappointed. The fries were cold , I saw a lady dump the ketchup on top of the fries with no gloves on and I ordered only 1 large fries. The drive-thru cashier said 4 dollars when the price menu showed 299. When I asked about the price at the window, the cashier lady acted condescending about it . I didn’t receive a receipt to do a review. So, I did it here,online, instead. Now when to the Wendy’s at 1456 mt.pleasant rd. In Chesapeake, they made things right for me and was nice to me as well. It’s only a handful in business that makes businesses look bad. Thus I’m careful NOT to stereotype.

I came here after a long and stressful day to eat and do homework. I was very tired but put on a smile and cheerful demeanor. The man who met me was very kind and matched my energy. He got my food in a matter of seconds. As I walked away with my tray and attempted to grab a straw, the tray slipped and everything came crashing down. The reason for one star missing: no one came to help me for the next embarrassing seven minutes I was kneeling in the floor cleaning up my mess with napkins. The reason for the other four stars: the man who met me at the counter remade my whole meal and even walked me to my table without a recharge. I give him five stars!!!
