We ordered a large fry for my 5 year old son. What is this?? We get charged full price for half the amount… No we didn’t check as soon as we got the food because all the person has to do is fill up the fry box and we might have made the mistake of expecting good service. My son is in therapy for his eating so he only eats certain things so my husband got him French fries tonight then came home after a long day. No we don’t want to hop on the highway to go back to fix an order for just 1 large fry…. Thursday January 12th around 5pm for the Edinburgh Wendy’s in Chesapeake. The order was 1 fry and 1 medium frosty.. Thanks for almost nothing and won’t be back. My husband said the frosty was good so 2 star for the frosty.

The majority of the staff was friendly there were a few who acted like I was asking for the Moon by even ordering food. I had ordered 3 meals however when I got home I only had 2 meals. This is after I had already gone to the drive-thru to order my food and then had to go inside to get the sauce for my nuggets even though I had asked for it twice. If you get the friendly stop and then get your food order right, you will love it.

RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH! Omg! After waiting almost 15 minutes in drive thru and back on the highway we realized the spicy chicken sandwich was RAW!

Headed back home from Duck NC, my friend and I decided to stop in to Wendy’s. All the staff were very pleasant and our food was fresh and delicious. Located right off of the highway it’s a great place to stop on your way in or on your way out.

This Wendy’s needs to be Shutdown! On 8/5/23 I witnessed what may have been the most grotesque mishandling of food I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Not a single employee was wearing gloves, grabbing trash then packing orders, equipment and supplies on the floor, the kitchen a mess. On top of all this and much more I haven’t mentioned I among many other customers waited 30 minutes plus for incomplete orders that needed to be checked and rechecked multiple times. I’m not sure who manages this location or where they were at this time but it seems to be becoming a trend based off previous customer reviews. I will be contacting corporate in regards to my experience as it was not right and no place should stay open operating in such a manner.

DIRTY RESTAURANT. I had HAIR in my fries. They put the ketchup on top of my fries, GROSSS. I went back around the driver thru and the cashier gave me a half of container of fries when I gave them a whole container full , and the fries were COLD. The cashier lied said they just came up. They were super cold and half eaten. I told her forget the fries. I’m good on the fries and pulled off with out any fries. I will NOT return and I’m calling their corporate Monday morning on 5/15/23 since today is Sunday. CHECK YOUR FOOD.

The food is the only part of this that gives it the 3 stars. That’s because it was cooked properly and the taste was fair. This Wendy’s is like most I’ve been to. The inside isn’t well maintained, not inviting at all. And the management isn’t pleasant. After going through the drive through, we checked our checking account because their printer wasn’t working for drive through. We were charged 17.48 for two junior cheese burgers and a Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. I parked, walked into the Wendy’s and was confronted by an employee, followed up by what looked to be the manager. After she verified we were incorrectly charged, she hands me 7 dollars cash without a word. Without a receipt I was unable to verify my food was properly charged or not. If you want to make sure you are not overcharged, go to the Taco Bell or Zaxby’s next door.

This is the third time my family and I have been to this Wendy’s and it is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received by any establishment. The last 3 orders we’ve received the wrong orders (not complicated orders either) entirely. When asking to correct those orders nicely for our children we received the worst attitudes, confrontational behavior, nasty looks and will definitely not be returning after this time. The worker’s attitudes were so nasty I no longer feel comfortable with my family going there and hope higher management will address the issues. Sucks.

Went through the drive thru. Pretty quick, but not their best. I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries and they didn’t offer any. So, only when I’m down the road do I realize I’m eating plain fries…
