I came here for a DoorDash order at 6:15pm. They had both doors locked forcing everyone to go through the drive through. The drive through line was extremely long. I called the store 3 times before i got an answer. A staff member answered and stated they were extremely understaffed. This is very annoying and waste of my time. Food that is already prepared i waited 30 minutes in line to wait. In total i spent 45 minutes in line. TURN OFF your DoorDash orders off if you are under staffed and stop messing up other peoples money and time

The store is fairly clean. I ordered a Frosty with a taco salad. You could tell the person working the register was not happy because there was no greeting, just went into asking what I wanted. I told her I didn’t need any sour cream and she just did a head nod to acknowledge me. She threw my ingredients for the taco salad into the bag like I was imposing upon her day. She never thanked me or told me to have a good day when she gave me my food. I even had to remind her that I had a medium drink which my order was minutes before her filling my order. The drink machine had a whole area of drinks not available. I usually do HiC, but it’s a good thing that I like the cream sodas as well. The chili for my taco salad was also lacking any substance in the hamburger area. It was mostly liquid with a few beans and chunks of tomatoes with maybe a hamburger piece here and there. The Frosty was rather thin and melted before I even got to the bottom of the small cup, even after eating it before I received my meal. The food was adequate, but definitely nothing to brag about or make me go out of my way to come here again.

Have you had the secret bucket of chicken nuggets. You get 50 of them. I think it’s called the bucket bowl. It’s good for large groups and they give you enough dipping sauce for all of them.

We got there 11:30am, before any crowd. Waited several minutes before cashier stood at register to ring up. I just got a cup of chili and frosty. Chili tasted bland and watered down. Frosty cup has become so small they should call it a mini. My nephew got hamburger combo-large. The bill was over $18. I miss the original Wendy’s quality. If service food was great…might almost justify price. Hope they improve. Been eating at Wendy’s since 1970s. Often enjoyable, not this time.

This Wendy’s is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been in. My family and I were the first and only people in line inside the restaurant and there were 4 staff members. Not 1 staff member acknowledged we were there. We spent about 10 minutes waiting for any of the staff to acknowledge and take our order. There were customers that had just order before us and waiting for their food and maybe 4 cars in the drive thru so they were clearly not busy. By far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

This Wendy’s is infuriatingly terrible! Was about to place an order at 6:15pm in the app, chose the carry-out pickup ASAP option which CLEARLY said the lobby was open in bright green letters. Parked and found all doors to be locked with no signs indicating why. Luckily I have been burned by this miserable place multiple times before, so I didn’t actually submit the order before getting there. Got in the drive thru line, which was wrapped halfway around the building, waited 10 mins or so and barely moved. Figured by the time I would have eventually gotten around, my food would have been ice cold anyway, so I just gave up and left with exactly nothing to show for it other than 30 minutes of my life wasted at this horrendous place. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location, but this will definitely be the last.

Don’t come to this Wendy’s if you want decent service. I was here to pickup a DoorDash order and waited 15 minutes before any employees even spoke to me, despite clearly seeing me waiting and walking by several times. There was only 1 other customer in front of me and they gave him the wrong order. Another family came in after me and angrily left when no employees would help them either. The drive thru was not super busy. After finally being acknowledged I wasn’t even given any sort of excuse for why the service was so poor, and when I could see they STILL weren’t anywhere near completing my order I dropped it. I’ve had many orders that that had a long wait time and I’ve never experienced one that left me angry enough to do this. I will be avoiding this Wendy’s from now on, as a customer and a driver.

Live about five minutes from this Wendy’s and I decided to go here after realizing McDonald’s was closed. I placed a mobile order and luckily when I pulled up, I was the only car there. She asked what was the name for the mobile order? I told her the name in about three minutes later she has made my food. Keep in mind I live five minutes away so I get home go to eat my food and my burger is cold and my fries are cold, which is weird because I just ordered it, it shouldn’t have even had time to get cold unless they serve me food that was already sitting. While waiting in the line, I noticed that there were flies flying around everywhere. I don’t ever leave reviews don’t ever try and badmouth any business or anybody but this place either needs a manager to come in there and fix this place up or be shut down.
