This place deserves zero stars, not the first time I’ve had issues with this location either, but I placed a mobile order, they weren’t that busy there were only 2 other cars in front of me in the drive thru, once I got to the sign to let them know I was here to pick up the guy taking orders just kept saying one moment please for a few minutes, when he finally ask what can I get for you I told him my name and I was there to get a mobile order, he confirmed my name and order an told me to pull up to the window, so I pull around and I’m sitting and waiting for the guy to say anything, and after a few minutes he says he doesn’t have my order, I showed him the order on my phone and that it had already been paid for, he kept telling me they didn’t get my order and told me I need to move I was blocking the drive thru, I again showed him the order and that fax it’s been paid for but he refused to do anything just kept telling me the same thing to call the company, rude as hell and offered zero solution, I was about to cancel the order but now have to wait until the charges are reversed or taken off to get my money back. Not happy and will never order here again.

Mondays can be tough.. so we treat ourselves to Wendy’s every Monday. Their spicy chicken sandwich and salads are so delicious! Always taste fresh. The people who work there are very nice too and generally the drive-thru is pretty quick. Love this restaurant! (insider tip: pull a foot or so ahead of where you think you should at the drive through ordering screen.. the sensor to let them know you are there is a little bit too forward)

Came at 11:07 pm and said hello over and over and over again. There was a car at the window so I knew there was at least someone there to tell me they were closed, if they closed early since it said midnight online. I had to wait for the car in front of me to pull off so I could even drive away. Turns out they were open and the cashier was just ignoring me say hello over and over again. Definitely didn’t buy anything from this location.

I forget to take the picture because I am so angry. There is a piece of trash on the bottom of the coke. It is so disgusting when you get something like that in your month.

I was disappointed with my service. I had to get out of my car and go inside in order for my order to be corrected. I had ordered the $6 biggie bag Bacon Double stack. I had ordered a large drink with no ice and small fries, I got large drink with ice and a large fry as well as my double stack was not correct. We paid in cash and did not our change back. The young crew members that I talked to were kind and tried to help fix the issues. I don’t usually dine here as there always seems to be issues with our orders.

This location is a repetitive cycle of them messing up my order, not going to this location for a while, trying again and hoping they’ve gotten better, having my order messed up. I’ve also on several occasions sat for more than a few minutes at the drive through before anyone answered (Once over 5 minutes before just pulling out and leaving).

I enjoy their large chili and before I go I search my fridge for salad produce that I can slice a little bit up to add to my chili. These include a diced garlic clove, a little diced yellow, red, or green bell pepper, a little bit of diced red and green onions, a slice of cheddar cheese, and Pace spicy taco sauce or salsa.

Came by here tonight and ordered one plain Hamburger and one plain cheeseburger. Both came with everything on it and the drive thru guy was extremely rude with how he would answer questions. I’m a simple individual and I don’t look for trouble but come on guys, do better. I like Wendy’s but I’m taking a break from this wendys.
