The only reason I even gave a two for atmosphere was because of the nice person who stood in the line with me waiting to order. This has got to be one of the worst restaurants. I got in line behind 3 others who got their food. Was told by the cashier to wait a minute and someone would be right with me. 10 minutes later the manager comes over and tells me that it would be at least 9pm before I could place an order inside because none of his staff speaks English (while speaking perfect english) and the cashier who took everyone else’s order and told me to wait walks by and smiles on her way to the register by the drive thru. I am not usually one for bashing businesses. Feel free to look at any of my other reviews. However, this one was very deserving. I don’t wonder anymore why these restaurants are closing.

I drove through and picked up a single. All of the toppings were extremely fresh and I was happy that I had chosen a good Wendy’s with competent and friendly staff. The Burger came quick and was fresh and juicy. I thoroughly enjoyed my visitor.

This place had poor customers My husband and I were heading to Ocean City. We stopped here to get a bite to eat and they have very poor customer service. My husband went to the counter to get some mayo because it was a dry cheeseburger that they gave him he stood there for 5 minutes. He attempted to get her attention she turned around and said I’m with someone. Not excuse me or give me a second something typically would be polite to say to a customer who will net we will never return there again, our food got cold and we left.

I had put in a mobile order and had to wait 45 minutes. I placed it when I was leaving my house so it could be ready when I got there. I work in the food industry so I understand sometimes it might be a bit longer than expected after I waited 10ish more minutes I decided to join the line just to let the staff know I was still waiting. The manager told me it would be a few more min and it still took an extra 30ish. I left knowing I don’t have part of my order because I didn’t want to waste anymore time in the store.

I asked for no cheese on my burger and they gave me cheese. Honest mistake so I went in to get the burger without cheese. Literally took me around 30-45 minutes to get the right order. I wouldn’t mind it so much but they seem to get my order wrong everytime. Wendy’s is my favorite chain that’s why it’s such a shame that I can never go to this one.

Fast food is ehat it is. Bad service. Usually long lines inside and staff seems to not know what’s going on half the time. Throw random things in a bag and claim to lose tickets even though the receipt is in the trash right next to them

I’m a wendys man at heart but this location sets the standard. I usually hit it when it opens at 6:30 am (the only one that does in the area) to get breakfast. The meal is always piping hot and fresh. The staff is always respectful and there is always someone outside making sure the establishment looks presentable. If the employees seem happy that makes the whole experience even better. Closest thing to chikfila you’re going to get in my opinion.

I had a horrible experience at this Wendy’s. I tried to order a biggie bag with a premium lemonade. I expected an upcharge, but the person in the kitchen told the gentleman ringing me up not to let me do that because HE doesnt do premium lemonades with the value deals. He didn’t make it clear whether it was restaurant policy. So, I said okay and looked at other menu things. The listed price for a 10 piece nugget combo is $5.09. I ordered that with medium fries and a premium lemonade. My bill came out to $10.91. Of course I asked how. I expected an upcharge for the drink, but I didn’t expect it to double the price. The cashier asked the guy in the kitchen and the guy in the kitchen stood firm on the price. I asked for the manager and he agreed that the board said the combo was $5.09 but he would not be honoring it. I’m extremely unhappy with the way this was handled and I’d like to see something sone about this because the staff at this Wendy’s shouldn’t be falsely advertising to customers, playing by their own rules, and ripping people off.
