The line in the drive-through was long but moved steadily. The food was hot, and my order was accurate. The burger was very greasy but had a good flavor. The fries were much better than other fast food places. This is much better than last year when I vowed never to eat there again. The service was horrible, and my order was always wrong. I appreciate the effort they made to improve.

They said ALL mobile orders have to be picked up inside. It’s not really convenient and I still have to wait inside while they prepare the food. It negates the whole point of mobile orders. Also there’s no other way to earn rewards if I only did drive through.

I would give this place 5 stars if I could put a negative sign in front of the 5. This Wendy’s is filthy. There were at least four dirty tables. Window sills were dirty as well. There were puddles of water around the beverage machine. There were boxes on the counter from them unpacking products. They just left the boxes there and worked around them. There were fry boxes, fries, condiment containers, grease and more all over the kitchen floor. The glass around the fry station was dirty. The counters were cluttered with open containers of sauce. There was absolutely no attempt at all being made to clean this place up. None. Why does corporate allow this to happen? It’s not in the mind of anyone there to run a decent store. The food was sub-par. They had no baked potatoes ready at 8:30pm. I did get mine in a shorter period than they quoted, sans chives which they ran out of. The potato looked like it had been stepped on. I thought that it would have hot since I had to wait for it. The Wendy’s on Rolling Road is close to horrible. Maybe everyone else knows this. Maybe this is why there were no other customers there.

This location has consistent and obvious problems. About 50% of the time something is critically wrong with my order. Often they just throw the wrong side in and seemingly don’t bother to read the ticket. Several times I paid extra for something only to not get it and get incorrect items. I once got a chicken sandwich that was 3/4 black and charcoal hard. Last straw for me was I ordered ahead and they gave my order to someone else. When I got there they did nothing about it, made no effort to make it right, and just canceled my order and told me to go somewhere else. Receipt in hand and they refused to make it again and just ignored me until I left.

Treasure in the Field
I barely eat at fast food places. I am also new to the area. My experiences at this location has been mediocre. My food has never been accurate and I’ve had to call it in every time. When I called the workers/food preps could be heard yelling and being very unprofessional in the background. The supervisor was more than willing to replace my meal. But this should not be a recurring theme. These youth and young adults need to learn to be more professional and ensure that their customer service is always up to on point. For the costs of the meals themselves nothing should be awry!. Needless to say, I won’t be going to this location anymore. I will try the one that’s in Catonsville.

Ordered the Bourbon burger large combo and was given a small fry. This was the saddest burger I’ve ever received. And for a $13 price tag. Absolute trash. Wait time was nominal and staff was fine. The food tho……deserving of negative stars. Seriously @wendys your product is trash. Do better.

If I could give a negative, I would. First waiting in drive-thru line for over 10 minutes to order. Call the store just to make sure they are taking order. The guy picked up the phone talking about a self-defense law in Maryland. After he finished his conversation, he said thanks for calling Wendy’s. Then told me that yes, they are open and short staff doing the best they can. Continued to inform me that there other places I can eat like McDonald’s, Burger King etc.. After informing me where to go he hung up. This was April 8th at 1049pm.

Honestly horrible… I’d skip this and the Burger King around the corner… both are not staffed well and in poor condition. Foods overly greasy af. Burgers are dry and taste a bit old…. No salt on fries and just dirty on the inside. Manager is very nice tho
