I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit meal and added an egg to it. I didn’t really like it. I’m not sure if it’s because I brushed my teeth 45 min before eating it or if I just found it bland. Anyway the restaurant was clean and I sat for a while and wrote this review. After this I’m going to Petco.

At 7:40 pm on 6.12.23 I visited your location, entered the building stood in line it appeared to be an associate waiting for a drink (may have been on break) the two associates behind the counter one with a all black shirt and one with a Wendy’s shirt and I understand waiting my turn HOWEVER I was never greeted or even acknowledged but the young lady with the Wendy’s shirt and yellow/green vest can shout across the dining room to tell someone something. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

The place is always in a disarray. Every time I come there’s a 30 minute wait for a drive-through and a 45 minute wait for dine in. the staff down to the manager a very rude and disrespectful. They shout at you for their credit card machine, not working and do nothing to accommodate. You want you to leave the 45 minute drive through wait to then get out for another wait inside just to use the credit card machine This is unacceptable. I’m reporting to corporate.

Service is often TERRIBLE! Shouldn’t take a 1/2 hour to go through a drive through. And then we get to the drive through window and they ask us to pull over. And then they bring out the salad with no bag and no apology.

It’s always something with this Wendy’s! Either they don’t have menu items, the food is cold and wrong, or something is wrong with their cash register and they be moving super slow. I waited in the drive through for 12 minutes before I made it to the window just for them to take my order then tell me it has to be exact change . No change available & the credit card machine was down. I then had to wait for everyone in front of me to get their order before I could get out of the long drive through line .the samething occurred with the two cars behind me. It’s literally always something with them . Very unreliable

Super slow, I normally tend to avoid this location mainly because a few times I came here there were arguing amongst the employee’s and the last time they literally started fighting. They got rid of those employees after that I believe because I didn’t see them any more but the continuous problem with not just this location but all the wendys locations in the Baltimore area is they take way too long. You literally can pull up in the drive-thru at 4:00 and won’t pull off with your food until 435-440 and what makes matters worst is after all that time the order still be wrong. It’s cleaner than a lot of other places but that all depends on when you arrive. This time part of the reason everything took so long was because their card system was down. It’s sad though because Wendys burgers are good and preferred to many, but because of the slow and poor customer service people avoid it.

Every single time Ive ordered from here the food is old or cold. I ordered French toast sticks today for my 2 y/o and they were literally burnt. Like you seen that they were burnt and still served them,that is so trifling to me. && I had an eggshell in that old a** plastic egg y’all served me.

Cmon Wendy’s, this location might be one of the worst in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan area; it took 15 minutes from entering the drive thru line with only 6 cars in front of me, and by time I’m on my way with my food, I didn’t get my requested barbecue sauce, fries were cold, burger overall seemed like it was already premade and also cold, wasn’t provided a straw , or napkins? What type of buffoonery is this! Tell them clapas in there to get it together and fast.

The coffee was watered down and my wedges were just dumped into the back. While waiting for my order, I overheard an employee telling the person helping us that we need to move because we were holding up the line- we were waiting for our food. I won’t be returning to this location.
