Do not eat here! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it DID NOT have lettuce or tomatoes just Mayo. Also the chicken was over cooked. The bottom of my shoe would taste better than that pathetic sandwich. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DO NOT EAT HERE. MOLDY FOOD SOLD TO CUSTOMERS!!!! On 5/11, we received 4 breakfast sandwiches and after one was eaten, it was discovered to have mold. Absolutely disgusting. No answer from the store, no answer from corporate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a salad and 4 nuggets.price listed was 7.89 Manger runs up 8.19. When asked about the difference in price Manager said he would have to come out and check the board. I stated ok ill wait. He the stated he cant right now because he is the order taker.

This restaurant honestly should have just stayed close. The customer service is nonexistent. I’m pretty sure that every employee in there hates their job. They actively ignore customers in the drive way. They take your order like you have completely inconvenienced them by even coming into the restaurant. If I could give their service zero stars that would still be too much.

Most of the time they are good but if you see a line don’t go here. 5 out of 10 times if they are busy will be out of items or mess your order up. So always double check your order if they are busy.

Do better with cooking your food. Do better with the training of your staff. For the Regional to say that they are aware they are young and have bad customer service says a lot. There was only one young man there that was extremely honest and empathic to the situation. I wish I would have caught his name. And for them to openly admit in front of me that they knew the spicy chicken was not cooking right shame on you for putting out there to the public. Then just throwing it back in the grease and thinking that “make her a new one” was going to be the solution. Not wanting to give me money back because I did not have the physical card. Having me go back to work to look for it JUST TO GIVE ME CASH BACK ANYWAYS WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY REFUND and laughing when I walk out the store. JUST. DO. BETTER.!!!

Let’s start with how SLOW the drive through wait is. I waited at least 15 mins on more than one occasion. Secondly, this customer service here is piss poor. I had to speak first at the intercom and the young immature employees that work here are beyond unprofessional! They are rude, have nasty attitudes, on their phones while handing people’s food and taking orders. This establishment is unacceptable and unprofessional. The food is always cold and tasted old as if it’s been sitting. Won’t be coming back here again they should’ve never opened this Wendy’s back up. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

I ordered online for pick up in the drive through. I had a problem with the order, the associates were a little lost on what to do but (I believe was the manager) helped promptly and very courteous. It feels nice to be positively surprised by customer service on fast food places. I’d be back for sure.

Scanner did not work at winfow 1. The employee was popping food in his mouth while I was paying for my order. He looked at me as if I was interrupting him. Very poor customer service. I spoke to manager at pickup window about the scanner. However, I was not told hiw to get credit for rewards points.

Where do I even begin? One of the kids meals was missing a nugget. Both kids meals had nuggets that were burned. One of the kids meals had spicy nuggets instead of regular. Both kids meals were missing the toy and one was missing the drink.
