I didn’t want to give a star at all but I had to leave my review. I ordered an Asiago Chicken Combo. I bit into my sandwich and the chicken was raw. I hope I don’t get sick but this is unacceptable.

The drive through line is always long here. Get there and have to wait 15 minutes just to be able to order, then even longer to get the food. A “fast food” spot shouldn’t take that long to make a burger drink and fries. Has been like that every time I’ve went. Then the other morning I tried to get breakfast, the sign on the front of the building says the indoor and drive through opens at 6:30 , it was 7:30, I was told that I cannot be served because they don’t open until 8am

Wendy’s Pasadena is the worst “fast food” restaurant in the area. They are slow and the manager is rude. Went through the drive through on a Friday. Could not understand one word the order taker “manager” was saying. I kept asking him to repeat. Finally told him all I could hear was “mbmbmbbmmbbm”. He then proceeds to tell me to leave and go to Taco Bell, he was not going to serve me. I got up to the window and noticed the car in front of us left without getting their food. I asked the “manager” what his name was and that I was going to report him to corporate. He gave me his name and said go ahead, He then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t talk to the people who make my food like that. Excuse me????? Did you just tell me that you do something to the food of people you don’t like???? I was a customer service manager and would never treat a customer like that. Apparently, he told the people in front of us to do the same as they were in front of us at Taco Bell. Thank you to the people in the black Ford SUV for paying for our meal. I am sorry you had the same horrible experience. Oh, and by the way, the people at Taco Bell were very nice and said thank you to Wendy’s for sending customers to them. It’s bad enough that Wendy’s is way more expensive than their competitors, but to rudely tell customers to go elsewhere is just unforgivable. As this particular Wendy’s is never busy, I can only assume this happens more often than not. Congratulations, Wendy’s. You lost at least one customer. We will NEVER go to any Wendy’s again. And ZERO STARS for you!

I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s. I just wanted to get a bacon fries on my way home from work and I pulled up to the drive-thru. I had been waiting for at least 2 minutes just to be greeted. When that never happened I calmly said “Hello” in a nice polite voice to them, still nothing in response. Then I waited another minute and said “Hello” again, this time a little louder because I thought that maybe they just didn’t hear me the first time, still not rude in tone by any stretch. The operator then finally said to me “I’m currently busy with a customer at the counter, could you please not be disrespectful to me”. Um, EXCUSE ME, I have literally sat there waiting in the drive-thru area for at least 3 minutes without any greeting at all. And then this kid tries to call me disrespectful for simply asking to be acknowledged? Then I call the manager who doesn’t seem to even care about their employees’ terrible customer service skills. I will never spend my money here again….

Both burgers came out pink, then when we got the new ones, my husband’s still had the paper that separates either the raw patties or the cheese in his sandwich. He ate atleast 2 bites of the paper. I get they were rushing because they were busy but that doesn’t excuse undercooked food and paper put in the burger. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Ordered A Baconator combo with a 10 pc nugget on Doordash. No sauces for the nuggets and cold fries. Went to the location to get what was needed only to hear “He literally came back for sauce” got back to work only to see no bacon on a BACONATOR I try to give Wendy’s a chance but this is F’n ridiculous

Overall pretty disappointed with our experience today. The juice boxes that came with our kids’ meals were missing their tiny straws. Luckily we were taking the food home, so we could cut the juice boxes and pour into cups, but if we had been eating on the run, the kids wouldn’t have been able to drink their drinks.
