I normally do not complain, and I wouldn’t have written this review if someone would have just answered the phone. I went to Wendy’s on Lakeside Blvd in Owings Mills for breakfast. This was the first breakfast I have ever gotten from Wendy’s. I love their burgers, so I had high hopes for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg and Swiss croissant meal with coffee. Employees weren’t rude, just not very customer service oriented. They didn’t look at you, or even say your welcome when I thanked them for my order. Just hand me the bag and shut the window. I chalk this up to kids these days. I get to work excited about my breakfast. Begin to make the coffee with cream and sugar and I am not exaggerating… there was over an inch of coffee grounds in the bottom. It was ALOT. I don’t know how there was even that many grounds in the pot. It was like they scooped them up and put it in there. I get passed this and put the drinkable coffee in another cup… everyone in my office tells me to take it back. I go to eat my sandwich and it is sausage egg and cheese. I don’t like sausage!!! At this point, I’ve had it, and try to call the store. No answer. I call 3 times, despite Google stating business is slower than usual. Hence the review. The service industry is just lacking these days. I will not get anything from this store again.

Just ordered 4 Apple PECAN salads via delivery. I got Apple NO PECAN salads. Not one pack of pecans. Unable to get back out at the time to get food – this is truly inconvenient. For quality assurance, please recheck bags to ensure the order is complete.

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. The drive thru was moving incredibly slow and the cashier taking my order was extremely rude the entire time. She rushed me while I was placing my order even though I had waited patiently in the long line. Once I got to the window, she did not know how to split the payment between cash and card and then proceeded to give me a hard time for a very simple task. She got an attitude and got disrespectful with me. On top of everything, my food was wrong and cold.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS WENDY’S. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF HAVE EVEN WORSE ATTITUDES. 0/10.

Staff needs training in customer service. It’s not just about collecting the money but they need to pay attention if it’s dine in or take out. There body language in responding to the customer questions is important to make one want to come back. I am glad I chose not to be irritated

We just came from the drive thru and received HORRIBLE service!! We asked for the Biggie meal with the Bacon cheeseburger. We both requested Spicy nuggets. We received a regular cheeseburger and regular nuggets. We asked them to correct it and they handed us a container with bacon in it and cold spicy nuggets. How dare you act like your customer is inconveniencing you because we asked you to make it right? Disgusted by the service. Stopped by for lunch, hadn’t been to this location yet, when I looked up how to get here Apple Maps helpfully pointed out that this particular Wendy’s has literally a 1.5 star rating on Yelp. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a major chain fast food place with a score that low.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal today. When I got home, the chicken sandwich I had ordered was not in my bag. I go back to this Wendy’s and told them they had forgot to give me my spicy chicken sandwich. They gave me my sandwich after I had waited for some minutes. When I got home, my sandwich did not look like the usual chicken sandwich I’ve received in my previous orders. The chicken sandwich I received was horrible. The chicken was paper thin, and it tasted like fried spicy batter. I will never order anything from this location again.

If you are a Door dasher don’t waste your time. You’ll sit in a line for a 5 to 6 dollar order for an hour. 6-7 people plus that work there and they all stand around like clueless and could care less about helping you. Also make sure you check your order because they’ll give you the wrong one.
