Never will I ever eat from this location again! This is what happens when you visit a location outside of where you live…ordered through door dash & they forgot drink, thank god driver was willing to go back to get at restaurant…2nd issue bit into burger and low and behold it’s not well cooked! I instantly spit it out and threw away immediately! This location is clearly disorganized, rundown and not satisfactory! Be aware!

If there was a way to give no star I would, My family and I went through the Drive-through to order food. We ordered our food and went to pay after paying we got our food but our food was not complete and we got something we didn’t ask for. We went in to correct the order, a girl was talking to us at first and we explained how we were missing two orders and she was explaining at first how the person probably didn’t hear the first two orders, but one of the male worker, if he’s a manager I don’t know but he had a really rude attitude towards us. He said we repeated your order two times at the drive through and when you paid. Nobody repeated any order when we paid but the man child kept trying to go back and forth with me acting unprofessional. Was he the one that repeated our order, just because you told someone to do something it doesn’t mean they did it. Wendy’s need to watch the type of people they make managers or supervisors because he had a really nasty and unprofessional attitude. A child with a bad attitude that’s how he was behaving, no type of leadership or whatsoever. If you want respect you need to treat other people with respect. It was very simple take the wrong order and replace it with the right order, we will pay but he felt like giving an attitude. Behaving like a child with a bad attitude , do better.

I went through the drive thru no receipt did not get all my food and the Manager is terrible I stay in Bowie. He said that I have to call corporate to get my Sandwich that I had already paid for because it was 30 minutes ago. So corporate will hear from me tomorrow bright and early. Horrible customer service and he is the one that bagged my order up. Your mistake is my fault.

So , let’s get a few things straight: when you work at a fast food place, have no business and someone pulls up , the last thing you should be serving is COLD food. On top of that, if there’s any confusion at the ordering screen, ASK FOR CLARITY and not assume what the customer said. Oh there’s still more to this. Upon arriving at the drive thru window to receive the food, REPEAT what the order was if you had difficulty hearing. The black lady that seemed to be manager or whatever, needs to also understand the time queue isn’t more important than satisfying the customer, don’t rush no one out your line just for the sake of some queue time. And let’s not LIE about one thing: sauce. I’ve never heard of a Wendy’s charging for sauce , so instead of lying thinking I wasn’t going to ask to get it, DONT LIE at all. Worst Wendy’s experience near the DC metro area ever. Wouldn’t recommend going here for breakfast at the least. And tell them employees to smile more cause they could be jobless.

The absolutely worst location I ever been in I ordered a salad and two sandwiches. I watched atleast five or more customers come in after me and they all received there food before me . And when I asked for a refund the manager told me I couldn’t get a refund , so I asked for the owner name . I was told they can give me a card for a free meal and I declined because I will never eat at this location ever .Not to mention my food was never prepared after waiting 30 mins

Perfection Is A Process
Consistently,There’s always a problem at this Wendy’s. To be honest, I think the only reason why this wendy’s is still in business because people’s standards are so low They don’t care what they are eating or how it is presented to them. Worse of all, the management is elite at being horrible. If you don’t like your job quit, no one’s forcing you to be here, you are suppose to make sure the customer experience is awesome at your establishment. My Fries were cold, ginger ale didn’t taste like nothing and my Dave’s classic sandwich had a whole gallon of mayo on it. I will never eat at this Wendy’s again and hope you guys learn from my experience. But, Most ppl are hard headed and want to learn the hard way. So, please don’t be like them.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s ever. The worst. The staff was so rude. They forgot our food and instead of bringing it back to us really quickly they made us get back in the drive through in the long line to wait for our missing food items. They are awful here. They watched me at the window saying they forgot an entire part of our order and they just shrugged and said get back in line. This place is awful and from the reviews I wish I would’ve went elsewhere. Awful service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
