I normally do the drive-through, but today, I did dine in for breakfast. The food was standard Wendy’s fair. The dining room area at 9:30am was horrible. Whomever closed the store did not care about what the front looked like for the morning crew.

Stopped in 2x that day. Got breakfast sandwiches and potatoes and french toast sticks. Great as always. Later grabbed a baked potato for my mother and and a frosty for my kid. Both were enjoyed. Both times food was freshly made and service was good.

This was a below average Wendy’s visit. If you’re going to be very slow at least be good. Meh is the best I’ll say for this visit to this Wendy’s. My order was confusingly assembled by the staff as I watched the turtle paced drama unfolding before my eyes. At least it was acceptably warm when it was finally presented to me before the order placed in advance and well before me by the friend accompanying me. I understand some (or all but 1?) may be new employees. Since this wasn’t a complete train wreck I’d be willing to give this location another try some time in the not immediate future.

I have never had issues with this location in the 30+ years I have gone there until tonight. My visit started off at the cash register trying to order a $6 biggie bag with a bacon double stack. The cashier told me they don’t have $6 bags only $5 and the sandwich I want was not an option. After a few requests for the cashier to turn around and look at the menu board she finally did and then was able to put my order in. I then asked for a Dave’s double combo with bacon, no tomato and no mayo. After a few tries of entering it she had it right but added another combo I did not order. When I pointed it out she deleted the one that we worked for over a minute to get it right. At this point I waived the manager over and let her know her cashier was having some problems and needed help, the manager rudely looked at me and told me she was doing great. I then told her what I wanted and she looked at the screen while I was still telling her what I want on it and rudely stated that’s what she put on your order. I bit my tongue and asked her to correct my toppings for the order. Paid and waited over 10 minutes for my food while I watched similar issues for those placing orders after me. Finally my food comes out but it had other peoples food in my bag. They correct that and give me my food. I checked both burgers and they were both missing bacon. They took them back and started making all new sandwiches. 5 minutes later gave them to me again and the double was just a single. Then told manager I’m done and want a refund, she tells me she can’t do it, I said refund my card now she said she can’t, I then told her I want cash back which she replied it will make the cashier short at the end of her shift. I replied that should be the managers problem. Manager then gave me $18 in cash and acted like I was rude to want my $.49 back as the total was $18.49. I left while politely asking the manager to do better for the rest of the people waiting for their food for almost as long as I was. Owners of this location need to analyze their current management before a Wendy’s that has always had a strong reputation for quality from that location becomes yet another location with a bad stigma to it.

Assistant manager had a bad attitude, speaking in a disrespectful tone, and even asking me to come to the window to speak to me as if an invitation to fight. This establishes a bad reputation for Wendy’s and is unbecoming of a manager.

Delivery through mobile app is horrible at this location!! Wendy’s is usually pretty good about getting my orders right but this location is terrible. Mobile delivery order is always missing something and no way to refund through the app. I placed a $50 order tonight and more then half of the food was missing!!! I called the store and they informed me that we’d have to come up there and they’d remake the missing items. So now I have to waste gas and time on top of already paying delivery fees and tip, while items we did receive sit here and get cold. This is the 3rd time in a row our mobile delivery was messed up at this location and this will absolutely be the last time. Oh and getting help through the app is next to impossible…..So disappointing
